They worked with our schedule and got the repairs done in a timely manor. Very comfortable having them work in our home whether we were here or not.

I thought the price that he charged us was very reasonable for the amount of work that he did. He was very responsive. There were a couple of things we changed in the course of this that he initially he did not know about, like installing a fan in the kitchen, and he had not problem with that. He showed up every time he was supposed to show up. He is definitely very professional. They cleaned up everything, they were here multiple days and whenever they left everything was clean. We had two fluorescent lights up in the ceiling they had to take down. They scraped all the popcorn off of the ceiling and patched the ceiling up where the holes from the lights were and they sprayed the whole ceiling. You'd never know there were ever other lights over there! They had plastic all around, kept everything neat. They did a very nice job.

Company was referred to us by Direct Buy to measure and install new windows and sliding doors. Measurements were taken and then retaken by the owner. Door manufacturer required sliding doors ordered "outside looking in", however, RKR ordered them "inside looking out" so the two sliding glass doors were reversed from the way we wanted. County inspector didn't approve the way the windows were installed so he would not sign off on our building permit. We kept calling and emailing RKR for months and were promised it would be made right (permit) but it never was. .
