No assistance provided to a customer who spent many dollars to have Raszl build the pool and spa at their home.

"Raszl Inc stands behind the quality of our work and service and we have been in business for almost 20 years. This pool was built 11 years ago and had a one year warranty for deck cracks which is a common occurrence here in Florida. The client called our office on 11/3 at 4pm to complain about deck settlement/crack issues and was responded to THE NEXT DAY on 11/4 (11 years after pool completion). We do not work with settlement issues with our in-house crews or subs, but there are quite a few local companies that do that may be available to him since it is common, especially after a HURRICANE with significant area flooding. We advised him that due to the storm last month in addition to the huge service call waitlist most contractors were already currently on in our area, we did not have anyone that we could even recommend at this time that we knew had availability. He said he understood and would call us back in a few months to see if we knew of anyone that would open up at that time. THEN he goes online and posts that we offer no assistance. Not sure what else we could have assisted with since what he needs is BEYOND OUR SCOPE OF WORK and everyone we work with, including us, is MONTHS out for a service call."

Perfectly. The guy is there when he says he's gonna be there. They are always very concerned about punctuality. Very customer care oriented.
