Randy replaced soffits and repaired wood rot in our roof eaves. Also fixed a problem with the floor joists under the house and repaired a place where water had washed away some of the integrity of the foundation. Installed an attic fan and worked with the electrical and venting. Randy was dependable and he and his crew worked hard. They problem solved and did what was best for us. I would not say he is inexpensive but the quality of work was very good. He cares about the homeowners and wants to make sure they are satisfied. We would hire Randy again! He is trustworthy!

I was referred to RMH Professional Construction, local neighbor in the area and on online. Mr. Hare and his crew were very top quality, and great to work with, they have a lot of knowledge with construction and helped us with our home improvements to our liking, We had a very huge issue with the patio lanai Roofing Structural issues, many of the contractors could not figure out how to fix this huge problem. Mr. hare with his experience expertise knew exactly how to approach this and fixed it with Very high quality material. also had him run very clean and top notch quality, Fasia roof trim, vented soffit system it made a night and day difference the home stays alot cooler and can breath so much better. Also had them fix the exterior and paint the outside of our home they took the right procedures and very good high quality paint to get the job done right. Randy Hare wrote up a contract and I didnâ t realize what he had written concerning one coat of paint for $2800 and building a small closet in my foyer area removing a cabinet and putting one coat of satin paint. He assured me that the majority of time one coat will cover. When the satin paint did not cover the darker yellow on my walls. I was shocked when he charge me another $1200 for the second coat of paint. When I objected he showed me my contract and said he was only contracted for one coat of paint He also said that if I did not want to pay him the $1200 extra for a second coat of paint he would finish the first coat of paint and leave it. With yellow showing through the beautiful white satin paint on the wallâ ¦ I felt myself over a barrel and paid him the second installment of $1200 which he wrote into the first contract. He shouldâ ve done a separate contract for the second coat of paint if that would Have shown exactly what happened and what we talked about concerning the second coat. The thing is I contracted him to do a job and finish it for $2800. I thought that was expensive to start with he painted my living room dining room area and hallway built a closet. I felt like I was over charge tremendously

I found Randy Hare on Homeadvisor and hired him to replace the decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors of my house. Randy did such a perfect and professional job that I also had him add some decorative wood accents on the outside of my home. The work is now completed perfectly and I am very pleased with the results. Randy is an extremely skilled professional. He is honest, thoughtful, clean and very, very qualified. I will definitely hire Randy to do any future projects at my house. Randy is a pleasure to work with.

Randy and his crew were very pleasant while doing the job. They had to take my carport roof ,Plus, down first before replacing it. They did a great clean up job. When Randy said he would do something that I asked him, He did it. I was very pleased with the whole large job. I will higher him again if needed.

Randy turned my riverside cottage into a mini mansion. After removing the south side wall from the existing structure he removed the ceilings from the kitchen and living room. He then added on a 14' x 28' room to the end of my house. The roof was then supported and all ceilings were vaulted. A couple of inside walls were removed to open the area into one large room. Glass doors were installed on both sides of new room in shotgun style. French doors are on the south side and three windows matching the original windows were installed between doors making the entire area bright and sunny. A unique window above the French doors adds beauty from the outside and inside. Now the whole house flows as one and never gives the eye a feeling of an added room. On the east end of the room under the cottage roof he used a 6' x 14' space for a porch. A nice space to sit and enjoy the outdoors out of the weather. He did many other small things such as special lighting , fans and more. The outside decks are not on yet but will add even more living area for sunning, grilling and just enjoying the landscape and yard. I could not be happier with my new home. Randys' mind is like a rolodex full of ideas. Always seeing and changing to come up with new ideas for every individual house. . Whenever the inspector came to check on the project he would come out with "contractor went above and beyond what was needed". If you want an original and unique remodel I would suggest calling Randy. You won't go wrong.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REFERAL: When faced with natural disaster, our lives can be overwhelmed with hardship, choices of direction, and guidance. On October 8, 2016 our house was literally destroyed by Hurricane Matthew. The roof was totally ripped off by the winds, the walls completely filled with water, which destroyed every electric wire, plug, and the entire HVAC system for the home. Upon seeing the destruction, we immediately called Randy Hare Construction. Randy was referred to us 18 months earlier, by HomeAdvisor, to help us install a 6 foot sliding glass door in our middle bedroom. He did such a fine, professional job on that door, to an area that had been a 36" window, that we turned to Randy, again. The door he installed withstood the hurricane force winds, by the way. With his guidance we completed the demolition of our house. All that remained was 3 outer walls and 1/2 of the cracked foundation! No interior walls, no electric wiring, no drywall, no windows, NOTHING. Randy Hare's life-long expertise in construction was evident in every phase of the re-construction. He called in his family and associates to help rebuild the entire house. Randy checked that the work was done to the highest standards. When inspection was done, the City Inspector looked at the framing fortification and said, "you did overkill on these walls, this is where I'd be for the next storm!" Randy called my wife and I to come see any modification, that he, or we, thought might be better for our home. He excelled above all expectations. Many make promises, but few make certain those promises are kept as Randy did. I have suggested Randy Hare to numerous people with the knowledge that he can perform every facet of building at the top-most level of honor and expertise.

We have had Randy do a number of projects for us. He has been excellent with each. He is truthful. He is fair. He is professional. He is truly a nice person! His most recent project was rebuilding a very large deck that extended into the channel. It was a major undertaking. Every single piece of support beams to decking to railings are 100% perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend Randy over any contractor I have ever hired.

Randy responded to my inquiry here within 30 min and was at our home shortly thereafter. He took care of the repairs necessary and was very professional and polite. I would definitely hire him again for any work I need done here at my home.

I hired Randy to remove and replace a ceiling in a 1945 house that I was working on. We ended up replacing all the ceilings and doing a major overhaul of the existing bathroom and kitchen. He had many good ideas on redoing these areas and making other areas more pleasing to the eye. We ran into problems with the existing electrical wiring and working with the city inspector all was brought up to code. The plumbing was redone also. The project ended up taking almost 2 months to finish, but the end product is way better than what we started out with.

Randy simply does quality work! He was hands down excellent! He did 2 distinct projects for us. He repaired a significant amount of cedar wood replacement on our roof area. We have a large contemporary home with fairly steep angles. He followed that up with re-doing our wrap-around deck area that was detaching from the home that had rotted from being partially submerged in our back channel. First class quality work that was extensive! We would hire him again in a heartbeat. I have lived in many areas around the country. Randy is the best I've ever encountered.
