I also cannot say enough about Dr. Willem-Jan Van Deijck, DVM. My little love of my life suffers from every possible medical issue a dog could have, and Dr Van Deijck is the only vet in the state of Florida that I trust to take care of my baby. He is smart, kind, and loves each animal who walks through the door. He always makes you feel as if your pet is the cutest, sweetest, most important pet in the world, and I love that. He doesn't just fix the current issue at hand, but rather practices preventative care to keep your pet healthy. Most importantly though, in my eyes, is that he takes the necessary time to look at my pet (No Matter how long it takes) to diagnose her properly, and explain the details in order to be sure I understand the diagnoses and any possible medication/care plans. Pet Street is so important to my family, and I would never trust anyone else to care for my little girl. If you love your pet, and want the best care look no further....Pet Street is the place for you.

We can't say enough good things about Dr. Van Deijck (pronounced Van Dyke, like the old Dick Van Dyke show) and his team at Pet Street.
He is very gentle and thorough during examinations. He explains things very well and doesn't rush through anything. He is clearly focused on his patients well-being.
One reason we chose him was his years of experience as an emergency room vet. He is very open about his process and procedures. In fact they recently had an open house where he explained in detail how they work and demonstrated various equipment. That tells us he is very comfortable and confident in his abilities and very transparent in how he conducts business, which is a great thing.
Being pet owners for many years, we are quite picky when it comes to choosing a vet. The entire staff including Raven and Holly (sorry I know I'm forgetting some other names) is friendly, caring and quite competent. We are so happy to have found this clinic for our cats after moving here and are extremely comfortable giving a very strong recommendation to any pet owner.

This vet leaves no stone unturned. Takes his time and explains everything in an educated, well organized manner. The office is spotless and the staff is top notch. We love our pets to the core and feel very fortunate to have Pet Street serving us. Highly recommend.

I used to like them a lot. My dog was 11-1/2 years old and she had Cushing's disease. She was not eager to eat anymore. She was the sweetest dog I have ever had. They were extremely good about taking care of her. She had other health issues as well. When she was put to sleep, they sent me a condolence card, which I thought was very nice. Dr. Willem-Jan van Deijck set up the clinic. His eyes were moist when the pet was put to sleep. My husband and I were both crying. Then, he hugged me and shook my husband's hand; he told us that we had made the right decision. He was really nice. I really liked him. I have recommended him to others.

Everything went well which is usual for Pet Street.
