20 minutes of work, no parts needed, resulting in a $310 invoice. All they did was hook up a new bath sink faucet. I will never use them again. I called another local plumbing company to ask if this cost was reasonable and they agreed I got ripped off.

Contacted Patriot Plumbing for a quote for a Water Heater. It took them 2 WEEKS to get me a quote. Question: If you need a Water Heater, can you wait 2 weeks to get a quote? Due to the extended amount of time to get the quote, I asked for a refund, and they said NO. Extremely unprofessional. If you need a water heater, I'd advise going elsewhere.

The sink in the master bathroom was barely draining so I called Patriot Plumbing as I have used him before for other plumbing issued. He promptly answers the call, or calls back quickly. We agreed on a date and time for the repair. He texts, e-mails and calls with any information so there is no confusion about the appointment. He arrived on time, did the repair quickly and neatly. When I need a plumber again, and I am sure I will, I will definitely call Patriot.

They gave me a thorough analysis of the potential problems and how we could go about trying to A) fix the leak oursevles, B) how to better determine where the leak was, and C) multiple ways in which the fix could take place and why. All comments were detailed and with our best interests at the forefront.
Not only did they help me determine the cause, after doing some of their suggestions they followed up in 2 days to see how our "tests" went. The professional courtesy call was unexpected and we were grateful.
If we have future work I plan on calling them first.

Showed up on time. Cut hole in sheetrock in garage to reach problem. Jim knows I have arthritis in my hands so he brought a lever for the house shutoff. Made repair to leaking outdoor faucet. Sent helper to get door to install over opening for shutoff so I didn't have to repair sheetrock. Cleaned up.

Our request and response was handled quickly and efficiently. The repair/replacement work was done on time, as promised. The service technician was professional, courteous, and very helpful. We are very happy with the work done, the quality of the new water heater, and with the way the Big Deal system worked. We're glad we did this before we had a real problem. The technician gave us some maintenance tips that will save us money and headaches in the future.

Overall, I was pleased. There was an additional charge because my water heater was inside the house vs. in the garage and that was not mentioned as part of the deal I purchased on Angie's List, so it ended costing the same as I was quoted from other companies without the deal.
The service tech was very nice, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything and was only here a short time. I would use them again if needed.

Provider said he could not service a dishwasher. He said he would refund the payment( I paid Angie's list directly) which he never did.

I had to wait a week for an opening but once he showed up, he went right to work. I'm happy. Two of my toilets were leaking. One from the exterior plumbing line and the other was spraying from inside the tank and leaking to the floor.

Overall, the job was performed in a timely manner by a friendly, knowledgable, and professional plumber. But I must say that I was misled by the AL ad of $63.00 for a service call. While the total bill was $110.00, I was expecting to pay $63.00 + the amount for materials. While I would use Patriot Plumbing again, I would make sure to clarify "service call" versus actually performing the work. The job, from start to finish was less than 30 minutes, which I feel $63.00 would be adequate labor payment for such services.

Our water heater was 30 years old and finally rusted through, flooding our garage..Upon finding the coupon on Angie's list for a new one including installation, we gave them a call. They were able to come over that day and get us hooked up quickly, which was something we truly appreciated. They did have to make a return trip to fix the crossed connections done by the builders. Now we are looking forward to some energy savings on the electric bill and have a reliable plumber for future needs.. Very prompt, professional, and friendly.. Thanks..

However you made the purchase of a discounted service call through Annie's list and you did receive that discount. We scheduled you a same day appointment at your requested time. Our service tech. arrived on time with the required skills, tools, and material to complete the job on one visit so your expected company could use the toilet.Your cost to have the repair done may have been slightly less but the technician found a improperly installed part which required a new proper part installed for the toilet to work correctly.We do not get our parts from the big box stores as they typically carry generic brands and lower quality material.I apologize for you feeling like you got ripped off.Over all you had a licensed,insured,professional come to your home and repair your toilet properly for around $96. (Service call of $59 is due whether a repair is done or not.) Feel free to contact us and thank you in advance."
