Outstanding from start to finish. Owner, Bob Parks, arrived for the quotation at the agreed time. Once the details were discussed, Bob committed to calling me with the quote within 24 hours. He did. Technicians arrived promptly at the agreed time. They were extremely professional and did a great job of installation. The service was being added to an existing home, so there was a requirement to cut small access holes to fish wires from circuit panel to the kitchen. While I was prepared to find huge, gaping, holes in my walls and ceiling, the Parks team did the entire job with less than one square foot of drywall disruption from garage to closet to kitchen. Amazing job of planning the work carefully and then executing. Once complete the team cleaned up after themselves and it looked like they' never been there. Great service from beginning to end.

Prompt response to service request and repair was done efficiently in minimal time. Service man was experienced and courteous. Would highly recommend Parks and would definitely call them again if I have another electrical problem.

I am very pleased with them. I've used them before, about a month before for some repairs. Overall, definitely an A. I'll definitely use them again.

They really go out of their way and I can tell by that. They're incredibly professional and they re-wired my house. I'm very happy with them. Whenever I have a problem, I just call and they're here to do the job: if I pay my bills.

Mr. Parks came out to evaluate and price. The employee electrician came out the next day to do the work and was prompt and completed the job w/in a couple of hours.
This was the second time I used Parks. The first time they installed a couple of fans w/lights and everything went fine and reasonably priced. I think it was about $80 for that.

It's a small business and they are very quick and good. They mailed me an invoice after the work was done and I was able to mail them back a check; very hassle free. Any mess that was made was cleaned up and never a problem.
