Myrick Pools

The pool took more than 120 days to complete and delayed our house closing for over 3 months. They did not consult with us on anything but the shape, size and colors of the pool and the spa. Many, many options were left out with a basic scraping-the-bottom installation. The granite for the waterfall from the spa to the pool doesn't match ANYTHING else. We were told it is the standard granite everyone gets, Just zero concern for the customer. Zero. The travertine tiles around the spa and the deck jets started caving in almost immediately. Then the mud or compound they had filled the holes in our travertine tiles with washed out making an $80,000 pool and lanai look like crap. Even ICI Homes, whom we worked through, was unable to get a response from them so they have now contracted with another company to repair the lanai. The last travertine picture below shows the mud or compound they filled the holes in with. Once the top layer of it was gone it was apparent that it had been filled in. They are clearly not concerned about their customers nor their customers' experiences with them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They do an excellent job. They have helped me with my swimming pool, pumping and overall great clearing house to suggest. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.
