It turned out well. I have a yearly contract with them where they come out every year, and they come out every three months pest control where they come out every month for an inspection.

They do several services for us and they do it automatically because we signed a contract with them. So, we do not have to call them. They just come and take care of it, which is something I like very much. So, whether we are here or not, they will take care of it and we know when they have been here because they will put a little sign in the yard or they will have something hanging on the door. So, it is nice that they inform you. You can pay them quarterly or annually. Their pricing is competitive. They are incredibly dependable and we feel that they are very thorough especially when they looked inside the house for the bugs and decided what we had to do. That was when they first looked at the house and we had them come in and they thoroughly did the inspection. They told us exactly what we needed, what we were great with and what we did not need. So, I like that they did not try to sell us everything they had in the book. They basically told us if we did not need a service. Sometimes, the payments we make do not catch up right away but they are very good.

We like them. They give a lot of advice when they come. We will continue to use them in the future.
