It was about a year and a half a go or 2 years a go. Overall they were excellent. They were not quite the cheapest. I will use them again in the future.

The installer arrived on time and was very professional. He installed new thresholds and storm doors on our three exterior doors. He was very neat and did an excellent job. He walked us around and explained what he had done and made sure we knew how to adjust the tension on the closers.

We bought very high quality carpet but the installation did not go well at all. The carpet has rolls all over the place and we have tried to get the issue fixed under the 7-year warrenty and have gone all the way up to the corperate office and nothing has been done to fix the mistakes made on the installation process. The quality of the job was so bad that there is no degree of repairs that will fix it, but it will all have to be replaced.
