Little Plumbing

Hard to tell. My first contact was only about a month after the hurricane, so he might have been very busy. He may, in fact still be very busy, but professionalism requires that if you can't do the job that the client is requesting, you should notify him, so he can look for another company.

After leaving messages for several local plumbers, Brian Little quickly returned my call. I explained the job I needed done and he put me on his schedule for the next morning. He phoned prior to arrival and went right to work. He completed the job quickly, and cleaned the area to my satisfaction. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely contact him again, if (or when) needed.

This was the second time I had Brian Little at my home for a plumbing repair.  The experience was excellent both times.  This incident was caused by a pipe under the kitchen sink falling out, releasing a substantial amount of water and creating quite a mess over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  I called Brian the next business day and he offered to come out the next day, although my schedule didn't permit.  He arranged a time at my convenience and inspected the problem.  We arranged another appointment and he arrived promptly, fixed the problem, and charged a fair price. He is prompt, courteous, competent, professional, and friendly.  I have had some bad experiences with home repairs, and wish everyone did business as he does.  I highly recommend him to anyone needing these services and will call on him again when I have any plumbing issues.

Worker came the day prior to examine each problem, gave me a fair estimate of the work and returned the next day and completed the job on time.

It's a father and son company. They did a wonderful job. They aren't out there to rip you off.

The price was reasonable.

The only slight negative was that the work did not look the best due to the tightness of the water line and wood framing inside the wall. He mentioned it when he was done. But it has not leaked.
He also gave some advise on old water marks found in my recently purchased home, leading to no further cost.
He was polite, friendly and professinonal.

I had used Little Plumbing before to replace a toilet and sink in my master bath, and was pleased with the work and price, so when the guest bath toilet started leaking, I called Brian. He called me back just a couple of hours later and arranged to come for an estimate the next day. He looked at the toilet and said he wasn't sure it could be fixed, as it was so old, but he would try to find the parts and fix it. It took him from a Thursday to Tuesday to get the parts; he called Monday to let me know they were delayed a day. Tuesday he came with the parts and tried to fix the toilet, but everything was too badly degraded inside the tank and he said the toilet would have to be replaced. I told him what kind I wanted, and he offered to pick it up and install it the next day. Which he did. He was at my house 3 times, got parts that he couldn't use, and bought and installed a toilet, and charged me $299 for the whole experience. He was also able to accommodate my work schedule so that I didn't have to miss any time from work. Little Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

It went great, he called right back and showed up on time. He was very professional.

Brian called and asked if he could come early because he had more extra time than he had expected. He was here and fixed the hose and connector in only a few minutes. Arrived at designated time. Cleaned up nicely and caulked around toilet. Replaced flapper at no extra charge.

As I am disabled, my wife was attempting a toilet repair on a Saturday. She was not able to unscrew one of the nuts holding the ball valve in place. At this point, we were stuck with a half-repaired toilet. At about 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday, we called the Littles. Mr. Little's son showed up at noon and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Whew, catastrophe averted.
