Lawson Irrigation

I had an appointment with him one morning. I made special arrangements to change my work appointments around and have someone else take my daughter to school so I could be home for when he arrived. He never showed up and never called. After waiting for 2 hours, I called and asked why he was not here. He said his car was in the shop. I asked him why he did not give me the courtesy of a phone call if he could not make it- he had the gall to tell me I should have called him! Wow. His inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior is unmatched.

Mr. Lawson was on time for the appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem in the buried control box. The repair was done quickly and the leak was stopped immediately. For the site visit, the replacement of the electrical valve and the new sections of PVC piping and fittings, the cost of only $100 was remarkably low for all the labor and parts. I have asked Mr. Lawson to revisit and to access the functioning of the entire irrigation system.
