Bryan was very professional & friendly.  He explained what would be performed to the PC.  He called to update me on the status & progress he was making. He was very helpful in selecting good anti-virus software.  PC was returned in perfect running condition.  I would definitely recommend him and use JNR Computers in the future.

The service was done very quickly and he was very thorough and explained things in a way that made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service. He also gave me tips on how to deal with any future problems I might have..

EXCELLANT..... My computer now is back to working GREAT!

I inadvertantly downloaded a browser I didn't want. In the process of trying to delete it, I deleted some program information I needed. In trying to fix it, I apparently downloaded some information that had viruses and trojan horses attached. While the hard drive was fine, browser and internet usage were inconsistent, to say the least. Explorer kept closing or telling me to close and I was getting malware attack notices from my security program.
As noted above, Bryan fixed and stabilized my internet usage. He did it for their basic fee, and had it back to me in 24 hours, which is their preferred policy.

I was very pleased. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer my questions. Since I have an older laptop, when I asked if he would be willinging to advise me when it is time to purchase a new one, he said he would be glad to help.
I will definitely use this business again for maintenance, upgrades, and any problems that might arise. I highly recommend them and Bryan in particular.

Bryan Day at JNR Computers was very helpful. I took my computer in to JNR Computers on 6/12/13. Apparently my computer had become infected with several viruses which stopped any updates from installing and I could not download programs I needed for work. Within one day I had the computer back and it runs like it did when I first bought it. Bryan even called at the end of the day I took the computer in to let me know it was strictly a software problem, not hardware, and the cost would be the basic $85.00 charge. My computer was ready when promised. I will definitely use JNR again if needed and would recommend them to anyone needing computer repair or cleanup.

Dropped of the computer on Thursday to find out why it was constantly freezing up, or unable to start on more than one occassion, or unable to shut down. Bryan Day assured me he would run diagnostics and let me know the results so I could determine if it was
worth repairing. I called back on Friday afternoon to get the prognosis. He was still running tests but would let me know the results as soon as he could. He called me Monday to let me know his findings, and that it would be ready later that afternoon with a
very reasonable charge. I thought Bryan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use J and R Computers again, and probably will when it's time for a new computer.

I left my computer at their shop because of suspected virus infections. They scanned my computer and through the use of several virus and adware removal tools removed literally thousands of instances of viruses, spyware, and adware from the computer. They accomplished this in a day. When I picked up the computer the next day, it was virus free and performed like it was new. There charges were extremely reasonable for the effort put forth and the results obtained. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future for this type of service as well as new custom computers and repairs.

My computer was in for repair at another computer shop for almost two weeks. Because I felt that they were giving me the run-a-round I took back my computer. I than found J and R Computers on Angie's List. I dropped of my computer on Monday afternnon and on Wenesday afternoon Bryan called to to tell me that my computer was restored back to normal and that is now functioning @ 100% !SUPER Service from a TOTAL Pro, all at GREAT Price!
