Absolutely HORRIBLE! Ripping off women. Took my car for an alignment and a health check they messed up my car then tortured and bullied me. They missed fluids and some minor things in health inspection but managed to sell me 4 new tires and some other stuff. (Over $500 later.) I called the very next day to report to the manager that the alignment was a little better but that it still felt off. I was told it's because the roads are uneven. So I brought it back to have the other issues addressed that were missed the first time. The new manager said he wanted me to be satisfied. He apologized and reinspected the car and fixed the things they missed the first time. However I was told by the new management that I now needed an alignment. I stated that was what I brought it in for originally and that I had called to complain but was blown off. He appologized and said that he would fix it. After he " fixed it" and tried to upsell me another $200 worth of unnecessary services I got 2 blocks from the shop and it was worse than when I originally brought it in. Now it was pulling to both sides and all over the road and my steering wheel was stuck to the left. I immediately brought it back and even when sitting in the car driving with me and watching he denies the car is misaligned. So I just brought it back again and was told their alignment testing machine is on unlevel ground but that they could put it on the actual alignment machine and if it was found to not need an alignment charge me $29.95 for putting it on this machine that I was assured it was put into the first 2 times. I told them in a calm clear athoritive tone (because my natural tone is sweet and apparently too kind.) That I would not be paying anything. I already had paid and the jobs never been done right. In what world does their unlevel floor and calamity of lies fall under being my expense? They repeated them selves and told me if I didn't accept their offer they would say my tone was too loud and ask me to leave. I told them I heard what they were saying and that it was unacceptable and that I would be leaving taking action and no longer wish for them to touch my vehicle in anyway. I just called them again to see if I could get my $ back for the alignment that has never been done. I asked to speak to the manager and a woman which I can not believe would do this to another woman pretended to be the manager and again stated they wanted to charge me to check it and refused to give my $ back since now I have to go somewhere else to have it aligned or find out what the problem is. When I disagreed she said I talked over her and hung up on me. I didn't talk over her I heard what she said. I simply disagreed. So I called back again to ask for a manager and was blown off. A message was taken for the real manager who is not that woman but the man I spoke with before who lied to my face twice now and denied it was pulling after being the one who stated I needed it in the first place. My call has not been returned. As far as I can tell the messed up my car and are trying to charge me again for not doing it properly the first 2 x. Appalling ! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Especially a woman. Another woman I know also got ripped off there a few weeks ago. This place is FAR from honest. Bullies! So the manager finally calls back and says I'm bringing it in every few weeks for an alignment when I've let them know immediately each time. This guy repeats his self and says you aren't listening but can't even keep his lies straight. I had to ask for permission for my turn to speak or threatened to be hung up on. This is a classic case of gas lighting tactics and trying to activate someone then blame your lies on them. I did not let him get me. I waited patiently for him to finish lying and then called him out on it and listened to him repeat his lie then refuse to take responsibility for his mistakes or refund my money. I would never allow this place to touch my car again. Here's a tip Craig; don't lie and you don't have to worry about keeping your lies strait!
