My cats have been with me for nearly 17 years. After all that time, with me traveling regularly, I can tell when they are content and well cared for when I return. My guys are as content and serene as can be when Cathy has cared for them, and I have real peace of mind knowing that she is in charge.

Cathy provided sitting services for my cat while I was away for 6 days in September. During the initial consultation all questions were answered and services explained. My Cat took right to her and when I arrived home he was happy and active. Usually when I leave him for a couple of days, he hides out for a while, not this time. I could not be happier with Cathy's services and would highly recommend her.

They advertised for being liscensed. I asked if lisenced and bonded and she said no. due to that I do not want to do service with them.

"There are no professional licensing requirements for pet sitters. Heaven Scent Pet Sitting has a business license that allows us to operate in the city of Ormond Beach & the county of Volusia. We have a Pet Sitter Dishonesty Bond that protects us and our customers from loss as a result of theft committed by us or an employee. We have Pet Sitter Liability Insurance that covers accidents that may affect the client’s pets or property while the pet sitter is on an assignment."

Cathy is very professional. My little fur kids (cats) did well with her and I am extremely pleased with her services especially on such short notice! Kathy did very well. She fed my animals, cleaned the cat boxes, fed the birds, fed the dogs and walked them. Made a couple visits a day. She made me feel comfortable in taking care of my animals. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her as she has done the best job of pet sitting I have found.
