Description of Work: This is regarding their New Smyrna Bch location. I special ordered furniture of which when it was delivered was totally different than what I had discussed & was told it would be by their sales lady. I expressed this at the time in was delivered & not only did Steve Haynes come out to my home but then stormed out in a very unprofessional way not dealing with any of the issues at hand. & it also seems that Doyle Haynes has the same temper after he was very nasty on the phone as he then hung up on me. After talking to the Bassett rep. he "did" say that I didn't get what I actually was told I would be getting because they change this depending on the size furniture. So not only did Haynes Brothers furniture (including the Bassett Rep) fail to do anything but stress that this is the contract that I signed but I was also misrepresented by the sales lady. Their adds claim they go out of their way to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied but in fact this is totally false! Never have I worked with such unprofessionalism in my life! So to anyone wanting to purchase or special order any furniture BEWARE!
