We were in property for almost 5 years and were exceptional tenants we maintained the home as if it were ours and were always timely with all lease payments. One time we had to wait 4 months for them to replace dishwasher. the property manager who was responsible is no longer with the company.

It went from horrible to wonderful. My brother died intestate in April 2012 and left a horrible mess. The house was infested with bugs and things- he was a horder. We live in Pennsylvania and Mr. Hart took care of all the details and contractors. The contractors he chose were excellent and inexpensive.In other words, he was not a money hungry person taking advantage of my wife and I. He was fair, hones and very articulate. He sold our home for the price we asked in little over a week.
