GRENIER CONSTRUCTION

I called this individual as recommended by a neighbor. My two outdoor solar lights (attached to the house) were not working. Mr Grenier came, checked them out and replaced two burned out bulbs. When I asked the cost, he stated, $40.00. I asked him if he was always this expensive since all he did was change two lightbulbs. He defensely told me a licensed electrician would have charged me $55.00. I could not believe that he would charge me this outlandish price for spending 15 minutes (if that) at my home and for just changing two light bulbs. My husband passed away a year ago and I am still a novice at finding the right people to do the right job. However, I am not as easily "taken" as he must have assumed. He lost a lot of work I had scheduled and, a lot of potential customers. I would think that it would have been better business practice if he had charged me a small fee for a small job. I am an educated person who has learned a good lesson; (one never stops learning); that is to make sure I contact Angie's List when in need of future services. I will do so from now on.
