I called several times. I never received a call back. I was very disappointed. That is not a good way to do business. It's just not professional.

Called and left message like others have stated. 2 days later- no call. Will move on to another company willing to call customers back.

I contacted the business by calling their office phone and by sending an email via their website. I was not granted the courtesy of a reply either time.

Price was way too hight for work performed. Cleaned 'around' things (coffee table, foot stool, etc.). I've used cleaning services for years and had great luck with most of then, but this one (especially because of the high ratings) was very disappointing. Also charged more than the estimate because they said it took longer than they anticipated. I saw a few people posted here this company never go back to them, this could be why ... I was told later by a mutual friend they want to build their business so they can only take on the high end (multi-million dollar) houses.

They are excellent. They are very efficient and very thorough. I'm sorry I didn't find them sooner. They are neat and terrific. They make an effort to come out to my home. They are very accommodating. The cost depends on who comes out, and how many hours they spend.

The Go2girls did an excellent job of cleaning the house, they arrived on time and were very pleasant.

We are very happy we chose Go 2 Girls. Kristie provides a reliable personal service, always coming herself along with one or two other girls. She splits the time and effort between them efficiently, putting their focus wherever we have asked that week whether it is the guest rooms, balcony sliders, or shedding pets.

They are very professional, efficient, and ask beforehand if I have any specific requests.

They were GREAT! They were efficient and they did a terrific job! It took 2 young women over 5 hours and they worked the entire time they were here. I would definitely use them again.

, Three girls arrived instead of two, which was OK  They said they would work for 1 1/2 hours since there were three, which was OK. as well.  They  arrived at 12 noon, and brought their own cleaning supplies, also good.  They worked very hard, then said they were finished at 1:17 pm, not so good, but they did cut $10.00 off the price and charged $110.00 instead of the quoted price of $120.00, so that was acceptable.  The rooms they cleaned really  looked good, but it is a big house and my husband has an infirmity, so cleaning is my job,  which seems to be more than I can handle.  The Christmas decorations are still not put away in the attic, because he has to stay off his feet as much as possible, and I cannot lift them up the ladder by myself.   So, the girls were more than welcome and did help considerably.  Hopefully, I can call them again to clean other rooms in the foreseeable future.  We are grateful to Angie's list for finding them and hope to call on you again.
