You won't see George after the initial visit. However, the person we were assigned, William, was unbelievable. This guy knows everything about construction. He's always available via cell if an issue comes up, and he is very friendly and easy to work with. William is the reason George B. gets an "A" from us. Price below reflects Burton's cost of installing, an excludes Home Depot's supplies.

This review is quite overdue as a result of some personal issues. However, we were so pleased with the retailer and contractor that we are submitting this review, albeit tardy. When we decided to redo our kitchen, we checked with several stores and ultimately selected the Kitchen Department at The Home Depot, Orange City. Our design consultant, Kim Wagoner, was very professional and patient as we asked lots of questions and brought up many concerns. She guided us through the process and helped us pick out just the right cabinets and countertop for our space. Kudos to Kim; we couldn't have done it without her. 

We also decided to use The Home Depot endorsed Contractor, who to our surprise was the very same contractor we had used for a previous project through The Home Depot and with whom we were VERY pleased. Contractor George Burton of George Burton Construction brought in his crew and accomplished a complete tear down and clean-up in a very short time. He then scheduled his crew, including finish carpenters and sub-contractor plumbers (sink install) and electrician (LED lighting over the entire counter surface and new outlets). We can?t compliment them enough for the thoroughness of the job. The finished project exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to George and his team.  We would never hesitate to recommend George Burton Construction and The Home Depot for any home remodeling projects.

They delivered and installed an outdoor door for our kitchen to garage entrance. They removed the old door. They redid the floor plate and trim around the door. The door is solidly installed to withstand anything that might happen in the garage (furnace/ AC? washer / dryer etc.) Excellent work.

It went well. Rodney was vary professional. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job. THree months later I still have no concerns or issues with the installation.

We had 2 sets of french doors and a front door, all that had severe wood rot. Adding to the difficulty of the job, we have a steel framed home, with hardy board siding and trim. Rodney was knowledgeable about how to properly destruct the doors in place, and replace the new doors with great fits, took extra time to teach me how to care for the doors and prevent future problems. Rodney was neat, and a perfectionist when it came to being sure the doors moved well, were weather tight and as close to perfect as he could make them. Rodney worked in a thunder and lightning storm on the first of 2 days, without complaint! Rodney and his co-workers were great to work with, and I would recommend them for any job that they say they can complete.
