Jason the owner is easy to work with punctual and provides a good quality service. We moved into our home approx. 2 years ago. The lighting, ceiling fans, sockets, switches, indoor and out door wiring was out dated and required upgrading. During this upgrade, Jason noted numerous code violations and improper wiring performed by the previous owner and missed by the home inspector.
Examples: the ceiling fan ground wiring was wired directly to hot. Numerous junctions were improperly wired. Open hot wiring was caped and left in place. Switches/plugs were improperly wired. wrong size wiring was consistently used. The high voltage generator breaker box was improperly wired and undersized.
Based on these findings, I contacted the inspection company. They reviewed my complaints, agreed with Jason's findings and I was reinversed for much of the cost.
I have used Furgason electric on numerous occasions over the last to years. As noted above, Jason is an excellent electrician, he is on time, schedule committed and provides an excellent service. I would highly recommend Furgason Electric.
We had Furgason Electric, Jason, over to do some electrical work last month. One of the items he did was to put up a new Bay Breeze fan we bought from Lowes. Within 20 days of the fan installation it stopped working, I called Bay Breeze, then Lowes customer service dept. once it was determined that it was the transmitter receiver that was not working. Lowes Customer service had the store manager call me, and Mike took care of the problem. So I contacted Jason to get put on the schedule to have our new fan installed. It was done 2 days later, and the price for reinstalling the fan was wonderful.
There is not anything negative I can say about Jason Furgason or his business.
For anyone that needs electrical work done, stop looking and call Jason, you will be pleasantly surprised. I only wish he was an all around handyman as well.
Furgason Electric (Jason) was referred to me by a friend. I have never used Angies List, but based on the experience I would look into this service. This work needed to be done while my husband was out of town as a surprise and Jason and Andy came on Sat, and returned on Thursday due to my lack of planning on an event I had to attend Sat afternoon. They were very conscious in cleaning up as they worked and the only regret I have is that it has taken me this long to and quot;sing my praisesand quot; of their work. Would refer and use Furgason Electric again
