Flawless Finish Home Repair

Repaired and painted my daughter's houses. They repaired minor items, changed out fixtures and fan. Spent 2 weeks fixing up the house to sell. They then, installed the fans and fixtures in my daughter's new house. Changed out carpet with laminate floors, painted rooms, repaired bathroom toilet, and installed surround sound wiring for the entertainment center. The only thing they can't do is wire a house. They are aren't  licensed to run wire in the wall or ceiling. They can wire up fans, lights, and other electrical applications if the wire is there already. There is nothing Kevin and Mark can't do.
Note: I have them changing out the floors in my house I'm selling and repainting the rooms the house we just bought.

Kevin promptly responded to a request for estimates and provided competitive estimates for each phase of our project.  The work was completed in a timely manner exactly as agreed upon!  Even the neighbors were happy.
Suggestions during the work were given, changes were requested and EVERYTHING progressed as hoped!  Kevin and his staff were easy to be around--this was especially nice for me as I was here alone and new to town.  The siding job turned out very well and the exterior painting was nicely done.  They even helped me move a large potted plant!  I had one small detail in the project that required Kevin to come back after the projects were finished and I was so impressed that when I called and told him that the materials had come in, he came by the very next morning to finish that one last detail.
I am very happy with the end results!
