Ethan Allen Design Center - Ormond Beach

Ethan Allen Design Center - Ormond Beach subcontract out the upholstery work. Our chairs had previously been done by another upholstering company and they had messed them up so we had to take them back to Ethan Allen. They are behind on the work as they have to back order the fabric and until the fabric doesn't come, they can't do the chairs. We will not get our chairs back until July. You always get good service from them, it seems like they know their job and they are expensive and so you get what you pay for. They are very cordial, they go out of their way to suit you and I was fine with them. The lady we talked to was fantastic but the other lady we spoke to was a little insistent on the type of fabric we should use. I think they are really expensive but they make their money and their subcontractors make their money and so it costs us more. They always give me a good product and so I am hoping that they use a good upholsterer as well. If they say they will call you, then they call you which is good. They are very professional, very helpful and they help you choose the fabric in a professional manner. If they do a good job then I will use them again.

Mc Farland's Carriage House in Ormand Beach. I am using them right now and I used them in Summer 2007. It's partially complete for now. It cost me $2000 in 2007. I worked with Suzanne and Shannon and they were very professional and offered a lot of creative ideas and design expertise. I felt like I had a really good interaction with them. I'm an architect and they are interior designers and we got our heads together and they had some great ideas and they listened to what I had to say too. We came up with a good design.
