The guy did a really good job and his price was pretty reasonable.  The heads of all of the bolts that secure the enclosure to the deck were rusted.  He noticed them during the estimate and suggested that I replace them.  He used stainless-steel T bolts which seem pretty sturdy.  He also replaced all of the bottom screens around the enclosure and did a very clean job.  The entire job took less that 3 hours.  I was pretty impressed.

Don responded the same day I called. The other pool company never showed, never called until the next day (Sunday). At that time we already had Don for the job, not only did he show up and completed the job, he was less expensive. Overall good work!

Don did the work over three separate visits.  First was to identify some problems and rule out others.  One problem was air in the lines, pump not working correctly.  Slab under pool filter was sinking; he lifted, filled under with concrete and leveled.  He replaced pump that was not working properly (pump purchased by me).  He replaced piping necessary.    He regrouted loose tiles.  He was professiona, knowledgeable  and explained everything he was doing.  He shared advice on pool maintenance.  He also helped me install a "kreepy krauler" I had just purchased.  I would use him again.

The responsiveness, knowledge, and overall service provided by DW Pools was top-notch. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it without hesitation. After solving the initial problem, they gave me advice and instructions on how to better maintain my equipment and increase the performance of my pump. After going well above and beyond the initial service call, I had to all but insist that they take payment for the additional time spent. It would be an understatement to say that DW Pools is more than fair with their pricing. Not only do you get top-notch service, but you will also gain the peace of mind that goes along with knowing that your job was done correctly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for pool service.

They totally emptied my pool and scrubbed it out.  Then they refilled it and advised about the pump.  Very happy customer.  Thank you.
