Just want to say that Ed, Amber & Zack are the best. We had a unique tough situation when we were looking for a home and they helped us tremendously. Ed and Zack showed us many properties until we found the right one. Ed also helped obtain financing when we could not get conventional financing. Amber was right on after the offer was made to ensure a speedy and fast closing (without any errors). Even after the closing Ed was there to help us get a refinance to fix up our home. We bought the home for 96K as a bank owned, and with the refinance, we have been able to upgrade the air conditioning system, upgrade the kitchen and add a screened in porch. Our house is now worth 130K. Not a bad turn around in 6 months. This would not have been possible without the help of Ed,Amber & Zack.

 the experience with downtown realty &investments was very good very fast and safe, no hidden charges  .They found financier for me and hard process just less than a month. now I'm selling my house and I'm doing with them because downtown realty are very professional.

They were excellent!  They are very knowledgeable of the area.  We live in Georgia and instead of us driving all the way to Florida they would take videos and research the area and highlight the pros and cons of the homes.  They scouted out potential homes for us.  They did a lot of leg work for us so we didn’t have to drive all the way to Florida each time.  They went above and beyond.  Our alarm had gone off a few times since other agents were showing our house and they remained on call if we needed anything.  They were very friendly and eager to please and I would highly recommend them to others.  It was a huge plus for us to work with them since they could accommodate us living out of the state.

I'm in the process of retiring from the US Air Force and moving to
Daytona Beach, FL.  I'm looking for both a place to live, and also an 
investment property. Ed Heaphy definitely knows the market in the
Daytona Beach area.  Before I even arrived in Daytona Beach he sent me long lists of properties within the specifications I had requested.   When I arrived and we started looking around, he showed great patience while showing me well over a dozen potential properties.  He was very tuned in
to what I was looking for, even though at times I'm not so sure I was
certain myself what exactly I wanted.  He knows his stuff, he's been
very helpful, and I'm on the verge of closing on my first apartment
building, and I expect he'll be a tremendous help as I look for a great house
to live in when I move to Daytona Beach in the fall.
