They called me back immediately and since there was someone in my area he was out within an hour. That was terrific! Easily fixed my problem and was very courteous and polite. I also had a question about potentially adding a transfer switch for my generator. Promised to check with the boss and get back to me. Unfortunately I didn't hear back on that or it would have been A+ all the way.

Called several electricians with the issue. This company at least answered the phone. Promised to be out in 1.5 hours. Showed up in 3. Spent a little time looking at the job and said a crew would come the next day. Crew showed up (late again) and spend most of the day diagnosing that an outlet was buried in the wall and causing the problem. Their fix instead of finding the dead outlet was to run a new wire. Okay it worked. Solved one of three issues. They promised to come back the next day and fix the other two issues. Never showed, never returned any calls. Call in a real electrical company that not only found the problem outlet, but re-fixed what these guys did in a timely fashion. They have pulled this no show, no return phone call on some other people I know.
