Scott, Lindsay and Corey saved our day yet again! I contacted Cool Breeze on Saturday morning because my AC had stopped running. We spoke with Lindsay around noon on Saturday and asked for help and Corey knocked on our door approximately 25 minutes later to fix our AC. In less than an hour he had us up and running. Lucky for us a completely different part decided to break on Sunday (older unit) and Lindsay had Corey return on Monday morning and fix the 2nd issue. The communication throughout the whole process was phenomenal. They answered calls and texts all weekend. Corey was friendly, educated and professional explaining and showing us what needed to be fixed and the finished result. Typically, an emergency AC fix on a weekend would result in outrageous costs just for showing up but we did not experience this with Cool Breeze. Iâ m not sure how long Home Advisor allows reviews to be but I could go on and on about all the 5 star aspects of my experience with this company but instead Iâ ll end with this. If you are looking for a real family owned company to come fix your heating and cooling system, give you a fair price, a friendly attitude and get the job done quickly and efficiently I suggest you call Cool Breeze. This is my 2nd time using them over the past few years and impressed in an UNDERSTATEMENT! Thank you so much to all. Jeanie came right on time and quickly determined the reason the A/C wasn't working. She had the unit up and running perfectly for a good price. Based on our wonderful experience with Cool Breeze today we highly recommend an honest business with excellent customer service and high tech skills.

I needed to get my entire A/C unit replaced and have been without for 2yrs. Thank God I crossed paths with this company! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Never pressured me into booking and sent a complete breakdown of what needed to be replaced. They are the most affordable to work with and believe me I looked around! They came in the morning and were done by early afternoon. My A/C has been running amazingly and the house is finally cool. I’m over halfway through my pregnancy and can’t thank them enough for getting this project off my mind. Definitely sticking with them!!

Least expensive but bigger and better unit of the 3 companies that gave estimates. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Answered my thousand or so questions patiently. Once they got into the job there were some hidden issues. They fixed those and completed the job at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them!

Theirs was the third quote I had received and by far the best. Believe me there are some really nasty companies out there. Anyway, the work went very well. They truly are professional and fair. I like my system and the people who installed it.
