In past was always late and at times unable to fix issue. This last time I e-mailed the night before to confirm time. Left phone message next day and 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up, Charlie answered phone and said he just hada tooth pulled (exact excuse used previously) When I asked why he tied up my day and had never responded to my e-mail or phone message, he replid" I must not have gotten them." End of story. End or using him.
