This is the 2nd time I have used Chem Dry of Ormond Beach.  Gary and his wife arrived on time and immediately got to work cleaning carpets and 7 large area rugs/carpet runners throughout our condo.  The rugs dry quickly, are beautifully clean and in fact the dry chem process makes them look new.  (Several of these rugs are 10 years old!)
No "squishy" carpets that take hours to dry--several were already dry by the time they completed the job (about an hour and half).
I would definitely use them a 3rd time as part of our condo carpet maintenance.

This husband and wife team arrived on time and got right to work.  The carpets, several area rugs and entrance tile came out like new and dried within the time they were here. (No squishy wetness anywhere.)
I would definitely use them again!

Gary and Teri, owners of Chem Dry Ormond were very easy to deal with. They showed up on time and were a highly efficient when cleaning our carpets. Four rooms for $120.00, and had them add a Dupont stain protector for $40.00 more. I would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty. It's a husband and wife team and they are very cordial. They also repainted a few end tables where the laminate had been peeling off. I was very impressed with the service all around.

Have a vintage sectional couch and ottomon and a very large area rug... The husband and wife team.... who by the way were wonderful, came on a Saturday if you can believe it and cleaned all of it very carefully, very detailed, very professional and all around sweet couple and kind. The furniture came out good as new!!!! We have two large dogs who marked up all of the mentioned and Gary and Teri the owners, got all of it sparkling clean and fresh smelling.... We are MORE than pleased!!!! Overall perfect experience!!!!

They were right on time. They came in and did a fantastic job on a bad carpet! I would recommend them to anyone.

They are the best. There is nothing that I don't like about them, they are prompt, and they do an outstanding job. They are nice, and I don't have to wait long for them, and that is everything I want.
