+ -1 moreCalled Rob on Thursday that toilet was leaking. He instructed how to turn off water to toilet. Said he would be there at 8 am the next day. He arrived on time with a new toilet, I had told him the style I wanted. He sad Kohler was the best brand but he did not tell me the price. He went right to work. Told me that pipe was rusted and did I want it replaced. Told him yes to replace pipe. Again no price. When all work was completed presented me with the bill. I believe he is very expensive and should have discussed brand and price of toilets before doing work. He does do very good work, cleans up after himself and is polite and courteous.
Description of Work: Installed Kohler toilet including shut off valve.
