A-One Classic Painting

For about two months we continued to try to get a hold of Larry Deaton to finish the job. He and/or his workman would not show up work on scheduled sunny days for a number of various reasons that kept coming up. He would schedule us on days that the weather report called for rain evidently so he would not have to do the work on those days. We had indicated time and time again that the work needed to be completed before March 15 and each time Larry agreed. When it was evident that the work was not to be completed and that we were being strung along, we cancelled the rest of the work and Larry promised a refund. Now he pleads that he is in the hospital, in the emergency room, vomiting in the commode, etc. Excuses are rampart! After many, many calls for each and every week since from Larry promising to cut us a check for the work not done, it is time to warn others. I would warn all people considering him to look at the Volusia County Florida mug shots. Also, many civil court complaints have been filed against him for failure to complete contract. I would urge people to check the report records of the filing of civil court records in Volusia, Barvard and Dade County as well as his F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Be on the lookout for other names he has used in the past such as L and D Painting or T and D Painting.
