Description of Work: I hired them to treat for termites and regular exterminating. They were/are efficient, prompt, professional, economical and proficient. I paid a very reasonable fee for the "Termite bond". Then for the next 9 years we pay $100 a year to keep covered for termites and complicit exterminator services. He even treated my vehicle , when necessary

 + -1 moreWhen I bought my home I contracted with A Hired Killer, Inc. I paid a reasonable fee for the 9 year Termite Bond which includs ll other bug type treatments except fleas. Now we pay a small annual fee for the 8 of 9 years for pest control services. The flee treatment was a very reasonable extra charge. Frank and his worker look act professional and extremely informed. They do good work and make you feel like you are there most important customer. The first year we moved in we called him several times and he was ther without fee or question to perform the required job fast. Once he was there in 15 minutes.
Description of Work: Repeat roach treatment on my old car. I called him frantic because I had to show my car. Frank Todora, the owner, responded to my call within an hour. This is not unusual. I have called him on other occasions for other related services and he is usually there within a few hours. I can only think of one time that I had to wait until the next day.

 + -1 moreThey arrived a little earlier than scheduled. Introduced themselves discussed the work they would be performing and dressed to go in the less than desirable areas. They worked hard and consistently throughout. They explained and discussed what he was doing as he performed it. Ensured our plants and ESPECIALLY our pets would not be affected. Worked continuously for over and hour maybe even a hour and half or more. Maintained a professional, experienced and knowledgeable manner throughout there time here. Gave pearls of wisdom as he proceeded, never gripped or complained or said (did) anything to make us feel sub par for having an array of pest concern as that needed to be attended to. When finished he gave me a signed copy of our contact, collected his compensation. Ensured us they would retreat as needed and that no amount of requested visits day or night would be an inconvenience in any way ( between scheduled treatments.) Shook hands and departed.
Description of Work: We got the 'WORKS": A nine year contract and initial treatment for a TERMITE BOND, also a one year contract and initial treatment for pest control. Some service people don't like to go through the crawl space and do their job that requires work in the crawl space under the home. They had no problem with this, in fact they were well prepared to perform their jobs including that less than desired aspect.. We got an initial treatment for a 9 year Termite Bond, this required making holes every so many inches around the home and treating with appropriate chemicals. Its kinda like a Termite Insurance ...a highly recommended precaution in Florida. After that it is $100 annually to maintain his service for the remainder of the nine years. He also treated our home, around the exterior of the home, carport, laundry room, attic and a BIG BONUS our vehicles for pests including roaches, fruit flies, spiders, rodents,silver fish and many many more less than desirable creatures. The other places wanted an additional hefty fee for the vehicle treatment. He also contracted the pest treatment for regular treatments throughout the year and unscheduled break through treatments of sightings ASAP...in addition, when he performs these unexpected situations he does a full treatment. The last guy we had just put bait in the trouble spots like 1 inch here and there and bye bye.

 + -1 moreIf you have any problem, they will come back and correct it without any charge. They are very friendly and most of the times when I have called they have made arrangements to come back within a week. I would like to grade them highly one hundred percent. The price is great.
