Turns out my tires were dangerously worn on the inner side causing the vibrations at lower speeds. The AC also just needed to be recharged. All issues were resolved satisfactorily. Customer service was exceptional. Will continue to endorse World Automotive Services to friends and family.

I have been a regular customer of World Automotive for many years
because my experience is always the same - excellent service at a fair
price. This time was no different. Thanks to Dennis (owner), Oscar
(manager) and all their mechanics.

Problem turned out to be a relay that had worked loose. Dennis also said the repair was covered under the warranty from the original work, so the relay fix was at no cost. I had the car back the next day.

World Automotive is fast, but never at the expense of being inaccurate. They do the job right, and stand by the work they do. Their prices are very competitive for this area, and the service (Both mechanical and customer) are second to none.

Being a Veteran myself, it's an honor to patronize a Veteran owned business. Especially one that holds itself to such a high standard.

I am completely blown away and amazed at the level of professionalism and honesty that the staff at World Automotive Services in Orlando. I brought my car in because the heat shield covering the catalytic converter in my sedan unexpectedly fell off due to corrosion, with parts of it dragging to the pavement. As someone who doesn't repair cars, the situation looked bad to me and I was bracing myself for a hefty quote on my exhaust system. I knew I was at the mercy of whoever mechanic I bring my car to. I decided to bring my car to World Automotive Services after reading positive reviews on them. There, I met Dennis R., the owner, and explained my situation that the catalytic converter, and possibly the oxygen sensor will need repairs (these would not be cheap repairs), and I even showed him the part that fell off. I left the car with him and a few hours later, I get a call from Dennis. He goes on to explain that the parts that fell off were actually non-essential parts. He described how he tested the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor and that they are working just fine. He said that even though it might look bad with the shield having fallen off due to rust, that the critical components themselves proved fully functional. He advised that replacing the catalytic converter and the oxygen sensor would be costly (up to $1000) because of the rust. He goes on to advise however, that since the catalytic converter and the oxygen sensor (the critical parts) were working fine, despite the corrosion, that I do not need any repairs right now and to save my money. I was really shocked to hear this advise as he could have taken advantage of my situation but he didn't. Not only did he not charge me and advise me not to pursue any repairs, but they adjusted back the parts that were dangling to the ground. I looked under the car and it looks really good. I am completely SHOCKED that these guys would not just take advantage of me - they did not charge me for work that did not need to be done. My car is running fine just as he explained. I am absolutely certain that if I took my car to any other mechanic, that they would have made me pay for work that my car did not need. Folks, if you are looking for a mechanic that can be trusted, and one who will not charge you for repairs you do not need, I believe World Automotive Services is the right choice.
I am new to the area and do not know nor trust any mechanic yet. So, I looked at Angie's List and found World Automotive Services as one of the repair shops with positive comments. I am so happy I brought my car to them and even more happier that I finally found a mechanic in the area that I know I can fully trust. They have proven to me that they are not just out to make money and will not take advantage of customers.
Furthermore, the shop was busy that day (Saturday, October 4, 2014) but somehow, they were able to look at my car and communicate with me in a timely manner.
Their professionalism, courteous service, and friendliness cannot be more positively emphasized. I look forward to entrusting my vehicles with them in the future.

I have been coming to World Automotive for about 7 years. It's always the same. Very reliable and fair. I stopped by for an oil change and told Scott (the service manager) that my AC was not working as it should. WA had done some work on it 7 months prior - and he repaired a leak for no charge.
I also had my 2007 Freestyle in the day before for a battery problem and oil change. Same story. Dennis (owner) as always, was extremely helpful and gave me some remaining credit on the battery and didn't charge for installation.
All his mechanics are knowledgeable and will treat you fairly. I highly recommend World Automotive.

I stopped by for an unscheduled Oil change and tire rotation. I used a coupon that they had in the monthly mailer I get at the house.
The service was prompt, and courteous even without an appointment.

They are very trustworthy. We go back all of the time. He is so fair. I highly recommend them.

I am a former mechanic who just doesn't want to get my hands dirty any more.
I interviewed Lead Mechanic Ernesto who I would trust with my vehicle, he is
very knowledgeable and has the equipment to get the job done right. I have a
GM Hummer and a new Nissan Maxima.

It is our neighborhood auto repair shop. They are very honest, reliable, caring, friendly and professional. They are really helpful people. My overall experience with them is excellent. Their price is very reasonable; they are not the cheapest, but they are very fair. Their price, quality responsiveness and professionalism are excellent. Their punctuality is very, very good. I am going there next week.

I came in without an appointment. Dennis was courteous as usual. I asked if he could check my brakes because I thought they were needing repair because of slight ticking noise and lube and oil. After the mechanic (Ernesto) test drove the truck, he called me in to the bay and showed me a large piece of rubber flapping around. He said he would reattach that. He showed me that the brake pads were OK and the possible noise I was hearing was the caliper which was slightly rough (but he said they were not needing replacement). He then mentioned a noise (that I forgot to mention) which was coming from the a/c fan. He explained that sometimes leaves etc can get in there and make noise (which explained why the noise was bad and then almost went away. He said he would now do the oil change and lube.
Bottom line - they didn't do any work that wasn't necessary. I have been using World Automotive for a number of years on both my truck and my car and the results have always been the same. I recommend them.

This is not my first time there. They did extensive work on my Ford 2001 Ranger (front end plus other) over the past 2 years. Each time the results were the same - good service, fair price and job well-done.

They are a very honest and courteous mechanic. They stand behind their work, which is appreciated. They're upfront about what work they can complete, and provide great referrals when they can't. He also takes the time to explain the work. Just a wonderful company to work with. I'm happy to support this local, family business.
