They're always pleasant. It is always the same people that you see. They're really comfortable answering questions. They genuinely seem to care about the dogs going there. My dog had a lot of anxiety going there. They were like, well, she might be okay but she might be nervous and then she actually did very well.

They were really good. They were very friendly and very patient with my dog. I've had grooming services and she was a mess but they definitely helped and made her look cute. She was happy when she left. She seemed well adjusted when I picked her up.

I take my puppy here for and quot;playcareand quot; about once a week. Some days he is more tired than others when I bring him home. He is ALWAYS happy to go there, as soon as we get out of the car he is pulling to go inside. They regularly post pics on instagram throughout the day and he always seems happy.
They offer a half day temperament test for free. After your dog passes the test they are welcome to come back for playcare or boarding.
My dog started going there when he was 4 months old. I used to drop him off with lunch for the day, but he has since outgrown needing a midday meal. The dogs get play time from 8 am - noon and then noon - 5 pm. From 6:30 am - 8 am, noon - 1 pm and 5 pm - 6:30 pm, they are in crates. This gives the dogs a chance to calm down and have a break.
My dog has gotten a couple of colds this year. It's just part of the hazard of having a bunch of dogs playing together, especially since dogs can be contagious, but not show symptoms for a few days. They have recently started handing out a welcome to playcare brochure, explaining that if dogs are visibly sick, they will not be accepted for play that day. My dog has also attended obedience classes in the same time frame, so I can't be sure how he picked up his colds, but I always keep him home for a few weeks to give him a chance to heal and not contaminate any other dogs.
I have also used Woof for boarding and was very pleased with the service. They require that you bring your dog's own food, enough to last the timeframe of boarding. Bring a mat or bed pet for night time and a toy that they can keep in their crate area. They don't recommend that you bring any balls, as they tend to get lost. Overnight boarding prices are reasonable, especially if have already purchased a playcare package, there's a discount for boarding. Along with the boarding discount, they throw in free nail trims with playcare packages. Some days his nails look good after a trim, other times not much has been trimmed and they probably could have taken more off. His nails are all black, so I also tend to be cautious when it comes to his nail trimming. As a free service w/ the playcare, I can't really complain much.
My dog also loves all the treats they have at the treat bar. They have a few different varieties, including wheat free.

Our Standard Poodle Evan is 7 years old and Michele Olds has pretty much been his groomer since he was 7 months old. She moved away for awhile so we were getting groomed elsewhere. ( At Rangers and I have a separate review for them) We've been back with Michele since she opened Woof Orlando and are so thrilled with the new location. Our Golden Molly gets her nails clipped there every 2 weeks. We pay for the first clipping and the second one is free. There has never been a moment this over protected mother has hesitated turning my kids over to the staff there. They now offer boarding and day care but we haven't needed either service yet.
Woof Orlando also has an incredible selection of dog products including some of the most attractive collars and leashes I've seen anywhere. It's the perfect place to shop for a gift for a dog owner as well as yourself.

Woof Orlando was great, despite my dog giving them a very bad time. We recently rescued this pooch and have discovered that he hates to be groomed and does not hesitate to bite groomers. Woof Orlando had to give him a "time out" to calm down and then have one person hold him while the other trimmed him. Despite this, the folks at Woof were very kind and understanding and handled it all very professionally. I was very appreciative! They also did a great job -- he looked and smelled wonderful after they were done!

My dogs look great when I pick them up. I travel 30 miles to take them to Town and Country Pet Salon. I have been using Karen for a number of years. Karen even can clean their teeth.
