We provide full-service property management, regular monthly accounting, reasonable rates and 24-hour availability for emergencies. Our services include: Advertising of available properties on the Internet Showing prospective tenants available properties Processing and evaluating applications Signing lease agreements Collecting rent and security deposits Maintaining owner and tenant relations Overseeing maintenance and repairs We also prepare and e-mail a detailed owner statement each month and we electronically deposit each owners net rental proceeds on a monthly basis.
