Very thorough and even took a look at my washer machine to check on general health of appliance. Tech was super nice and professional. Loved this company and will definitely call again when i have the need...

Joey was punctual, diagnosed the problem, checked out the rest of the dryer for any other issues, ordered the necessary parts and returned two days later to replace parts (which was the day before Thanksgiving). He was one of the most knowledgeable, competent and really nice repairman. Very impressive. I am so happy to have found a great appliance repairman. Definitely will use them in the future.

The door on the refrigerator side of the two door refrigerator would'nt open more than 4 or 5 inches.

The repairman arrived and listened to what we said about the dishwasher and the event the night before. He thoroughly checked all the switches and finally found the burned part in the bottom of the washer. The repairman went over every thing with us to tell us what part was needed and that it had to be ordered. He called the office and asked for prices and how long it would take to be received. He told us the total price so we could make an informed decision as to ordering the part or getting a new dishwasher. We decided to order the part and the office ordered it immediately. Our repairman will be the one installing the new part when it arrives. All repairmen I have used with this company have been punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if I need any appliance repairs.

The repairman went over every thing with me so that I would understand and could make an informed decision. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He personally went and picked up my new machine and installed it since the delivery team was busy. I will definitely call them again if I need any appliance repairs.

These folks were great. I called at about 830AM and they were out by about 1030AM. Can not say the same for Sears as they wanted to give me the first available appointment that was a week away. Two men came and assessed/found the problem in about 10 to 15 minutes. They did not have the exact electrical part so they put in a similar "loaner" part that would allow the air conditioner to run while the exact part was on order. They were friendly and seemed to care about the situation. Two days later the part was in and one of the men returned to install the exact part....finished in 10 minutes. The fee was reasonable if not low. I will call them first from now on if I have air, frig, washer or dryer issues you can count on that. I am a happy camper.

Poorly

I saw them on Angies List and I had 2 friends at work who recommended them. That was the first and only time I used them. I am in a relatively new house and I had trouble with my refrigerator. I could not figure out the instructions on putting in a new water filter. I am sure other people who are mechanically inclined would have figured it out but I could not. My oven was also not heating up. They are both Frigidaire appliances. So they came out on a service call the next day after I called them at a convenient time for me. It turned out that the issues were relatively minor things that they were able to show me. They put the filter in. They just charged me the $65 for the service call. They did not charge anything extra because they did not have to use any parts. I had ordered them. They were very courteous. They came quickly. They were very polite and understanding with me. I was very satisfied. I thought it was fair for them to take their time out, quickly fit me in and come to see me. I thought it was a fair price. The quality was very good. I told my friends at work that the company they had so highly recommended was very good. I will use this company in the future.

Leroi came on time, and was very up front about what repairs I needed (and didn't need). He also went above and beyond, he fixed the washer, tightened some screws on its lid, and explained that the noise (slunking) when it sopped spinning mught be the clutch. He said I didn't need to get it fixed unless it got worse, andif it did in the next 30 days, he would return and do the work for just labor and parts without charging me an extra service call. after he let I realized that he also fixed my dryer (it's 'start' switch was on the blink, so it would start tumbling whenever I closed the door). He didn't charge me for that, he just fixed it. I was VERY pleased and so I recommend them highly.

WILLARDS HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT, REASONABLE, AND HONEST IN THEIR DEALING WITH ME. THEY UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE HAVE BUDGETS, AND ARE HONEST ABOUT WHETHER THE MACHINE IS WORTH REPAIRING. THEIR TECHS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE.
