It went excellently. Johnny Canelones was responsive and communicative throughout the service (4 days). He always arrived on time and kept me updated each step as the project progressed. He completed the job much earlier than anticipated because of his timely ordering of TV part. After he returned the TV and left, I realized I didn't remember how to set up the 'smart' part of the TV. I called him immediately and he turned right around and came back to assist me. He even waited while I called Spectrum customer service to get information, after which he guided me in the set-up. This was hands down one of best experiences with a contractor. I even gave him my unused Samsung TV I had for a couple of years that died 6 months after purchase (!) to see if it's worth keeping. I figure if anyone can assess and/or repair it, it's Johnny. I recommend highly.

Johnny ended up having to take my TV for repair. Unfortunately, and as he warned me, it turned out the panel on my 2 yrs old (!!!) 48" Sony TV was shot and he explained it would be more cost effective to replace the TV than to fix it. He returned the TV. I was only charged his initial fee of $89 which would have been in addition to any repairs. (Note: I am use to paying $75 that is typically included repair cost, which is the reason for my 'B' rating under 'Price'). In all, I would hire him again. He was responsive to my calls and inquiries, punctual and explained issues to easily understand.

Johnny asked me to leave the TV with him and he would call me likely within a couple of days as this was a Friday. True to his word he texted me on Monday and said I could pick it up though I delayed until Tuesday morning as I didn't want to hit Rush Hour. He reported that the unit powered up when he turned it on which it wouldn't do for me. He replaced a couple of capacitors which he said looked bad and tightened some wiring. Charges were primarily for labor and I thought very fair. I would recommend his service and will use him again if needed.

Before calling him I did a little of troubleshooting with the aid of YouTube and decided that the problem was was the main board, but I was not so sure as to spend the money to buy the part. I took the TV to Johnnie and he corroborate my guesstimate, anyway, he provided 2 estimates , one to fix the board other to buy a new one, I decided to buy a new one , he kept me informed and the TV looks good, almost better than new , it does has a new firmware , so maybe is not just my imagination. The labor cost was fair so I thing it was a good decision instead of trying to fix it myself considering the prices i was getting in the internet for the part. Any way I did had another good experience with him with another TV that was fry by lightning, he took a look and recommended because of the cost of just getting a new TV instead of fixing, and he did not charge me for the troubleshooting, would not use anybody else, honest and fair price, that works for me

Dealing with Johnny was a pleasure. I contacted him via the Angie's list chat function and he communicated very well providing me with possible issues that could be affecting my TV (it would not turn on), what I should expect from him when dropping off my TV for service and how any and all transactions would take place. He originally advised that it may take a few days for him to complete the project, which was not an issue as I was going to be out of town for work anyways, but was able to get it completed for me within 24 hours for what I felt was a reasonable price. Last but not least he also through in a 30 day warranty on his work. It was a pleasure working with Johnny and should i have any issues moving forward I will reach out to him for assistance.

He came promptly as scheduled, removed the old circuit board and installed the replacement, and was finished in less than 2 hours. The TV has worked perfectly since that day, nearly 2 months ago. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, fast, and very competent.
I would call him again for a TV related service issue any time.

He is the most honest repair man I have ever come across. I had him fix the dish problem we had, very good person to deal with, I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also he repiared a TV that I thought was worthless but he was very honest and gave it back to use when it was fixed.

I called Johnny late in the day on a Wednesday and described my sound problem. He came out to my house the next day and methodically troubleshot the problem until he isolated the problem to my cable box. Because I am in a wheelchair, he was nice enough to stay until I called Brighthouse in case they needed me to disconnect the box. They reset my cable box and the problem was fixed. I should add that Johnny suggested that the problem might be the cable box when I called him the night before. However, I was so anxious to be sure the TV was fixed before the weekend, I asked him to come out and check everything. I mistakenly had more faith in the culprit being my 10-yr old TV than the cable box.

Johnny Canelones, owner, Video Clinic USA answered the phone when I called. I told him the problem and he quoted me a service call charge and if repair work was needed, the service charge would be included in the labor fee. It was Saturday afternoon and I felt lucky that he answered. He said he would come and arrived at my house within 2 hours. He immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded with the repair at my home. He was very efficient and was gone within 45 minutes. The entire experience was a good one and I would recommend him anytime and, of course, I would use him again too.

I couldn't be more pleased with Johnny and Video Clinic. He was always punctual, professional, curteous, very neat and clean, and clearly possessed a great deal of knowledge about his products. He went that extra mile to accomodate me and to save me a great deal of time and money. I would definitely call him again and would recommend his services to others.

Everything was as he told us-did not charge any additional for driving to our location. He was professional and told us exactly what we needed to hear. Our TV was only 5 years old but we decided not to spend $300 repariring a TV that was on it's last leg. Please correct his address: 620 Widow Barsley Drive, Orlando Fl 32828-for you stated that this company was 8 miles from our house-he is located near UCF.

John came to my home at 4:00 p.m on October 20th, right on time. John proceeded to check the TV out testing the various electrical components and within an hour, determined it was the high voltage transistor and he needed to take it to repair. John then called me on Monday October 22nd advising me cost of the repair and asked me whether I wanted to proceed. I advised him I did. John then called me Saturday morning and advised he would have the TV back by noon. At 11:55 a.m John came and delivered the TV back working perfectly.
