Nobody I called showed up.

I called Victor on August 5th. I described my problem and he indicated what he thought was the cause. He said he could be out the next morning. Victor arrived at the agreed time and immediately fixed the refrigerator.Victor was courteous and very professional. I also appreciated how neat he was while working in our kitchen. I could not have asked for someone more competent. I highly recommend him and will certainly use his services in the future

Vic was prompt, courteous and immediately knew what the problem was. He had the correct parts with him and repaired the dryer within a matter of minutes. When he called to tell us what time to expect him I told him we had a Dr's appointment scheduled for about that time and he immediately shuffled his schedule so he could accommodate us. We were very pleased with his service.

Very pleased. He was on time and had the part I needed. The icemaker was fixed very quickly and works perfectly.

Vic was available the day after I called and was very punctual with the time he said he'd be here. He diagnosed drain pump as not activating. He had the correct manufacturers replacement part (NOT aftermarket part) on his truck. As Vic removed the old pump he noticed something that we couldn't see when the pump was affixed. It was a piece of cloth that had jumped the filter and blocked the pump. He removed it and replaced the original pump and filter then ran a series of drain tests. He confirmed the machine worked fine again. Saved me almost $200! Total time spent was 30-40 minutes. He is a nice and agreeable guy. We had a cup of coffee together and I told him I'd use him anytime an appliance broke in my house. You should too.

Vic and his son were very quick to respond to my request for assistance when my refrigerator stopped cooling properly. I was on the verge of panic because I had just purchased a large amount of expensive meats that were rapidly thawing in the freezer. Three separate trips were required to properly diagnose and obtain the right parts. Vic and his son jungled their schedules to accommodate my desperate situation and got the job quickly and professionally. It was not possible to replace my refrigerator, so I opted for the costly replacement of the compressor. Vic went over and above to find a compatible replacement part and worked with me on the final cost. On another day I would have purchased a new refrigerator before spending that much on an old one' but on that day, Vic made my hard decision to make repairs easy. Thanks Vic and God Bless.

Great experience. We called and Vic came the next day. He was running a bit late and was very courteous and called an hour prior to let us know. He came later in the day at time that was convenient for us. He was proactive and obtained the part ahead of time and completed the job quickly and accurately. Excellent reliable professional service! Would highly recommend!

I was impressed! Arrived right on time. Took Vic 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 20 to fix it. -- which included removing the icemaker and back panel of the freezer compartment to get to the $76.00 fan motor, then reassembling everything. Had the part I needed on his truck. Worked quickly and sure-handedly. No wasted motion, no fumbling, no "Hmmm, I've never seen one like this before." Given his promptness after I called, his ability to quickly zero in on the problem and make the repairs (and thereby save me throwing out a bunch of thawed food), made it worth every penny. You can bet Vic will be the first call I make from now on.

The part was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but the installation charge was very reasonable. Vic and his son are very professional, efficient and punctual. I would highly recommend their services.

Vic's appliance repair replaced a heat sensor in our dryer. He also checked our garbage disposal and got it working again after my wife and my unsuccessful attempts. He called before arriving. Arrived on time. Was very polite and quickly and efficiently finished the work. I would hire them again!

Replaced heater unit in refrigerator. After replacement, fridge works as good as new (it's a 20+ year unit).

Extremely well pleased with the service provided by Vic's Appliance Repair. Came out on the same day we called, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair quickly at a fair price. Following a slight misunderstanding regarding the service appointment time, the gentleman promptly got to the home to service the clothes dryer. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the repair completed promptly as he had the part needed in the service vehicle. He was courteous and thanked me for the business leaving me with a business card. I will recommend Vic's Appliances Repair to others and call them again for future appliance repair needs.

They were very nice people. They just couldn't fix the problem because it wasn't an appliance problem, it was an electric problem. They diagnosed that the problem was with the electricity in the house, not the appliance.

I have a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher that stopped sending water through. I went online and purchased a new valve and replaced it, to no avail. I found Vic on Angie's List and called him. He answered the phone at 8:15am and when I told him the diagnosis he calmly mentioned that I locate and exercise the water-level "cup". After manipulating the "cup" just a few times, I tried the dishwasher and it worked. I'm sitting here writing this review as I listen to my dishwasher working away! I'm not saying that your repair will go this well, but you should know that Vic's gracious and correct assessment and solution absolutely worked. He saved our day - he could have easily made a house call to fix this, but chose to let us help ourselves. In turn, I feel it is my duty to return the respect and implore you to give him a try. He may be the rare find you're looking for.

Came out and determined my problem was a little different than I thought on the phone. They fixed the obvious problem and when I mentioned another problem, they fixed it also, for a price equal to others quotes for the one item.

The gentlemen were punctual (In fact early), friendly and quickly assessed the wear and tear problem on my Kenmore washer/dryer combo. The agreement was for a $65.00 fee to estimate and assess the situation, which would be applied to the repair if I used them. They needed to buy a part and returned in less than an hour as they had stated. The job was quickly finished and I paid conveniently by debit card on their tablet which had an app for transactions. The only reason I gave two B's was because afterwards I felt like the price was slightly high and I wanted a written invoice. They said they would email one and I have yet to receive it. Overall it was a good experience, and I will contact them again about said invoice/receipt. I would use them again, but I would haggle them a little on the price. Overall A grade.

Called set up appointment, he was to call back with the time. No call. I called and left 2 messages that were never returned. He obviously does not need any work.

It was great, they were reliable and efficient. They showed up on time, were quite professional and got back to me as soon as he diagnosed what the problem was. He let me know right away, I thought this was great.

He was honest, and he took the time needed to figure out the problem. He was definitely a great problem solver and was very thorough with his work.
