Prices were reasonable and work was done well.

Victor was able to come out in a short amount of time. Found the problem right away and fixed it. Great service, nice person and fairly priced. Much appreciated his service.

So professional! Was early to appt - sent us a text message when he was on his way to our home. Within 15min he had the drum out, found where the issue was and fixed it.

Vic came out to repair my refrigerator which was not working. Vic said he would be with me at 11 - he was here at 10.30! Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and had it running again. He thought it was the compressor but first switched out the relay just in case and that was it! Other companies might have charged for a new compressor! Very honest, knowledgable and a nice guy! Will definitely call Vic next time I have a problem.

I have used Vic's numerous times on different appliances. I have found them to be very professional. They come out in a reasonable length of time and do the work for a fair price.

We called Vic's Appliances Repair in the morning and described the problem; Victor said he knew what the problem is likely to be. We made an appointment for later that day for when I got off work. Victor showed up on-time, with the right part and the repair was completed within a hour. Great same day service with a 90 day warranty.

Vic fixed the refrigerator and had it back up and running within 1/2 an hour. While he could fix the microwave I decided to replace it. Within 2 days Vic had the new microwave in.

Really good service! He came on time and fixed really fast.

Asked on the phone for an estimate but the person at the other end had no training. I called another on Angie's List and the person who answered the phone was a tech who knew exactly what my problem was and the cost estimate within a few dollars. I went with the latter

He said he would contact us to set up a service call the next Monday or Tuesday. He never contacted us or showed up.

He replaced the wrong switch and then promised to replace the right one. But have not heard back from him since then. very unprofessional.

I guess it wasn't a difficult repair for them, I just wasn't capable of doing it myself. I stopped trying to do repairs like that myself a long time ago!

Vic seems to think the solution is replacing the twin cooler system in the fridge.

Instead of charging for an expensive repair, he explained that it would be cheaper to buy a used dishwasher. He was right. Thanks for the honesty.

It did not even start, no show for appointment.
