It's fantastic. They're absolutely superb. They do oustanding work. It's the extraordinary welcome that you get when you go there. They treat you like a friend. They're very consultative in the way they go about things. You get to actually talk with the one who's doing the work on your car like if there are a little details that you want attended to. I'd give them A plus. The price is very fair. They have the car done exactly when they said they'd have it done. They told me what the constraints were and we worked around it. They're outstanding. I've used them in the past and I'm very pleased with what they did. They saved me a fortune.

Had no difficulties scheduling an appointment. The job was done very well, besides a little (20 mins) delay in the beginning and it took more time to do the job than was originally quoted.

They did a fantastic job.  They were professional and timely. They seemed very knowledgeable. I believe that the guy doing the detailing has about 15 years of experience and has all the right tools.

I am so impressed with Vehicle Spa. I initially brought my 2007 Liberty in. I take pretty good care if it, I thought, but when I picked it up it looks better than new!! I get so many compliments, people ask if I got a new vehicle. We ended up bringing our other two vehicles to them. Hannah and the gang are also so easy to work with. Very, very accommodating to our crazy schedule. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back again when the time comes.

They did a wonderful job. I really couldn't have asked for me. The job was expensive, but completely worth it. My car has never looked so amazing. I highly recommend them.

We had been looking for a detail shop with a good reputation near downtown since we got our new Black  VW CC 6 months ago. Looked on Angies list and decided to give Vehiclespa a try. Tried calling to talk to someone but got voicemail so I went to see what they recommended. Black is hard to keep clean in Florida without a garage and eveything bakes on in the sun. The car is cleaned at least once a week. Because there were some hard water spots and it only had a light wax 4 months earlier they recommended a exterior deep clean from their menu of detail services which is 169.99. Since the car was new, the interior did not need the whole interior treatment so they added on a light interior clean for $20. There is also a first time 25% discount for Angies List Customers. Their facility is nice and seems to be well appointed. There is wifi and tv in the customer lounge if you hang out. We scheduled the detail for the following week and dropped the car off before they opened on the day scheduled. They wanted me to prepay for the service, but I called in the payment on the day the car was dropped off when the office opened. I have given deposits before but never paid completely before a service was rendered so thought that was odd.  They said they would call when finished and I waited until 4pm and then called to check the status. They said it would be done at 5. When we got there he was still working on the car so we waited a few minutes until he pulled it out to inspect. My wife immediately went to some hard water spots on the windshield and he said he could not get them out. It was getting dark but everything else looked good on the outside. She also pointed out some scuff marks from her shoes in the interior that she thought should be gone. It was getting dark and I wanted to beat the traffic downtown so I tipped the guy and we went home.
I use to run an Exotic Car Restoration/ Body Shop, so I can be very picky when it comes to going over cars. My wife can be even pickier. For the money I feel it was an good job but nothing exceptional. I was able to get the water spots off the windshield at home in about 5 minutes with a windshield glaze and the scuff marks also wiped off on the inside. Went over the car in the morning and the jambs had compound glaze in them that easily wiped out too. I also wanted to wait and see how the wax/sealer held up before I made my review and seems to be holding up well for two months. In summary I feel like he was rushed at the end and missed some things that should have been addressed for the price and is included on regular basic details. I would probably give them another try but would make sure I went over the car before closing time so they could address anything missed before leaving. I would also like to see how their VIP wax full detail compares to other shops I have tried on my older cars for a really fair review.

I had to get my vehicle, a 2009 Nissan Murano, ready for a lease return.  It had several minor scratches and had definitely lost its luster.  I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and they graciously gave me a ride home as they were going to keep the vehicle until later that afternoon.  When I returned late that afternoon, I was shocked at how amazing my Murano looked.  They had gotten the majority of the scratches buffed out and the finish looked brand new.  The inside looked great too!  I just had my lease inspection and it went very well - don't owe a thing!  Thank you so much VehicleSpa!  I was so impressed with the job they did that I am having my son bring his older model BMW in for the works!

Everything looked professionally done, they answered all my questions sufficiently. They were also finished early even with the large amount of services chosen,

Excellent job with removing swirl marks and even addressed some scratch marks. I ran late in picking up my car and the owner stayed behind to make sure I could get my car that day.

I don't know if I would use them again; I might possibly.

I left the honda over night  so they would have the time to go over the car and do a great job and they did do that. Everything from clay bar the exterior to steam cleaning the carpet  we done to make the car look like new. The interior leather was cleaned and treated. Thw windows we so clean I thought they were open Great Job guys  The Dodge is next and its a big one. Hard to find them but worth the trouble.

Great service, nice people, nice facility. My car hasn't looked so good since the day I got it from the dealer. It was better after gettgin a basic wash/interior clean than after complete detailing at some places, and for a lot less money.

Excellent telephone service to discuss the work. Wonderful experience in receiving the estimate. Work was performed as described. VERY reasonable with the price. Everyone was a real pleasure to deal with. The office is stylish and quite accommodating to customers if they have to wait while the service is performed.

Awesome!!!! Everything was done by hand. I was able to meet and talk with the owner, who was very professional. I waited in their very clean and comfortable waiting area, which was not what I expected. I was able to catch up on the news on their cable TV and drink coffee. Cool chairs, too. i was very pleased with the overall service and will be back for sure.

It went incredible. The waiting area was chock full of goodies - pretzels, starbucks, a Wii and plenty of current contemporary magazines to read while I waited for them to perform the services on my car. They did the below completely free: Thorough wash of exterior, clean wheels and wheel wells, carefully dry vehicle, clean and dry door jams, thorough vacuum of interior, wipe down dash console and air vents, clean windows inside and out, and apply dressing to tires. The car looked amazing when they finished. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back to vehiclespa.
