AMAZING! My unit was new and I didn't even have it but a few days when I used it the first time and the problem occurred. I called the company I purchased it from and it was picked up, taken in for repair and returned to me a week later supposedly repaired; when in fact they didn't even touch it because the problem was still occurring when the redelivered it yesterday. When I called the store again today after trying to use it yesterday, I was told it was an electrical outlet issue in my home and not the appliance. I then was told by the store I purchased it from to call a technician of my choice to come out so I called V& C Appliance Repair whom I found on Angie's List. I received a call from them mere minutes later, explained the issue and Victor quoted me a price to come (almost an hour out of his way) to check it out. He arrived way sooner than I expected. Victor was absolutely phenomenal! I was very emotional and he handled my concerns with empathy, sympathy and professionalism. He understood my frustration and was able to not only diagnose but fix the issue I was having in a mere 15 minutes. He explained the issue and showed me in detail how I could keep it from happening in the future (although the unit is under store warranty). I have not only saved his number for future repairs for all my appliances but I will refer him to everyone I know that needs his services. Unfortunately, the store I bought it from will not get a good review from me after this. Please if you need a responsible, intelligent, business man that knows his appliances please call V&C Appliance Repair and ask for Victor! I can not be happier with his work!
