They said they would have someone get in touch with me. I have waited three days and no one has called me back.

Phone was answered by a real person, who came over a few hours later, surveyed the problems, gave me a handwritten estimate and a promise to e-mail me a professionally-done estimate by the next day.  The e-mail was there when I awoke the next morning, I sent back a signed. dated acceptance of proposal and we scheduled a time for the work to be done. It was started and completed in a timely manner, and I was not presented with an invoice until the [original] sales rep inspected the work and acertained my satisfaction.

Water coming down the inside wall of the family room after a rainstorm one Thursday told me that it was finally time to replace the flat roof that my son had tried to patch for me. The timing couldn't have been worse since I was leaving early the following Wednesday on a trip. I especially wanted a company that had lots of experience with flat roofs, but didn't have a lot of time to make a decision. Since we were starting into "rainy season", I didn't want to return and find a water disaster. The gentleman who responded by phone to my online request with US Roofing Services was able to come out and give me an estimate without my taking time off from work. A contract was emailed, which I was able to sign and fax back. The work was completed before I even left town! They even replaced some missing shingles on the main roof of the house. There was no debris left in the yard. I was absolutely impressed with the quality of the service and the fact that they went "above and beyond" to make sure I wouldn't have any additional problems for a long time. I can't say enough good things about the service I received and the quality of the workmanship. They have earned a permanent place in my "who to call" list.

Ted was completely professional from the start (assessing the extent of the reroof needed, estimating the price). He stayed involved from start to finish. The crew was led by Matt, who also was very professional. The crew was efficient and hard-working. They were punctual and worked about twelve hours, dodging the weather, and basiclly completed the whole job in one  long day. They were very neat and careful and cleaned the premises very well. The roof looks great. The price was very good, in fact was at or near the bottom of the estimates I received (four). I would definitely recommend this company.

USA Roofing responded quickly.They assessed the problem but also inspected the entire roof and recommended some other minor repairs. They provided a quote within a day and they were able to do the work within two days of our acceptance. They arrived on time and completed the work the same day. The damage to the roof was caused by an improper dropping of rainwater to a lower roof which allowed the rainwater to run under the shingles and eventually onto the underlying wood roof decking. Even though USA Roofing guaranteed that their repair would not allow this problem to reoccur, they recognized my concern and went out of their way to modify how the rainwater from the upper gutter dropped onto the lower roof. 

Other estimates we received only addressed a repair to a smaller portion of the lower roof and no  inspection was made of the entire roof.

A leak showed up in my living room ceiling during a thunderstorm after a recent re-roofing. I didn't contact my contractor/roofer because I didn't trust him anymore. Based on the other reviews of USA Roofing I contacted them and explained the situation. Ted said that they'd come out and look at it and if they could find the problem and fix it under an hour it would cost $125. He looked at the ceiling where the water stain appeared and then went on the roof and said that these vents that were put in weren't fastened and sealed securely and were the likely culprit. I went up to the roof where he thoroughly explained the problem and even showed the type of sealent he would use _ one that would expand and contract with the outside temperature. He also said that the roofing work that was done was a bit shoddy but that it was mostly aesthetics and not workmanship. He did the work and said he also had pounded in a couple of extra nails here and there that he said should've been made. In any case, he did the work in about an hour and was very pleased with it. I plan on using them again for the gutters.

The above date is approx the 1st time I had this company do any work for me. Right after the Hurricanes we called for several estimates and USA Roofing was one of them. Even though they were all very busy they still seemed to take the necessary time to get me the informaiton I needed and an accurate quote for my Insurance Company. They actually spoke with the Adjuster to clarify a few things as well as answered all my questions. I chose them due to their professionalism throughout the bidding process not only on their pricing. There were no hidden charges as everything was clearly spelled out in their bid. The workers they sent out did a great job from start to finish. They took care around the house to make sure nothing else was damaged such as plants, etc. as well as did a great job cleaning up afterwards making sure their was no trash left or nails. Since then we have had them to other homes for us as well and have received the same great service and professionalism. I have recommended them to friends, family and co-workers and all have been satisfied with the work they have done from repairs to getting a whole new roof.
