The medical equipment company KCI uses UPS to deliver medical equip to patients. KCI sent medical supplies to my home on Dec 4, which KCI told me to refuse as the nurse had ordered different supplies than were sent, parcel arrived, I refused. On 12/6 2nd parcel arrived from kci, which I was also told to refuse because MD ordered a different supply. Parcel came, I refused, the delivery driver became angry, said You are due for shipment on Monday, are you going to refuse that one to? I told him no I really needed that shipment before 5 pm Monday, he said, that they couldn't accommodate that. Monday came and went at 8 pm est I went on ups website to find date of delivery changed to Tuesday dec 10, at 7 pm est on Tuesday I called UPS & was told by
autotron that shipment was on time & would be there. At 9 pm est I called ups & was told shipment would be delayed until Wednesday due to bad weather in Jacksonville Florida, I looked at weather station past 5 days. no bad weather reported in or around Jacksonville, florida, so they lied! Now I still don't have much needed supplies that adversely effect my healthcare!
