We have been with them for over fifteen years, they do a good job.

Rear brakes were replaced at Universal Hyundai only to have it redone at another Hyundai dealership in Orlando re-work the job at a cost of $220. 
Front strut insulators were replaced at a cost of $524.00 per Universal's recommendation only to find out the strut insulators were in perfect working order.  The problem was a passenger bushing which Hyundai Motors covered under warranty.  Hyundai Motors also reimbursed me the $524 for needless work done by Universal.
We now bring our Hyundai to Orlando Hyundai for a more reliable service.

I had purchased my 2008 Hyundai Elantra in September 2011, and there was a strange creaking coming from the back end. I was also due for an oil change and had received a coupon in the mail from the dealership for a free oil change.I stopped by the showroom to see Abi Dorta (salesman - WONDERFUL) who directed me to the service department and to Steve's capeable hands. This place has a SERVICE Department in every sense of the word. While your car is being serviced, they offer FREE MANICURES! Wow! I didn't have an opportunity to take them up on the offer, but believe me, next time I will.Every person I had contact with was courteous and respectful, clean, neat and friendly. While my car was in the shop, I went to lunch with a friend and told her about the service department - she was amazed. She has worked with the High End dealerships (BMW, Mercedes, Porche etc) and was never treated as nicely or received the level of service that is offered at Universal Hyundai.I returned to pick up the car, and although I had a coupon for a free oil change, and the car was still in warranty, I expected to receive a bill for something - and I was wrong, Everything was covered, AND the car was washed and waiting for me. I love this place.

They fixed that issue; however, they missed part of the diagnosis. When I brought my car back in they repaired the second issue for free because they felt responsible that they had missed it even though it was an entirely different problem. The fact that they offered the complimentary service seemed to be very responsible of them, and I really appreciated it. They were able to get the car in quickly, and it was an odd problem, so they did a great job. I would certainly use them again.

They were able to repair many parts on my car due to regular wear and tear. They did a good job on the car and helped me to maintain a level of safety in my vehicle. They have always been responsive to me and my car needs.

I love the warranty that this manufacturer offers you. It covers the car for five years or 50,000 miles, bumper to bumper. I also spent an extra $1000 to extend the warranty 5 more years. I received free tires for life for my car. The people at this dealership were accommodating and demonstrated all of the bells and whistles on my car. They always follow up with you on their service.

I was very unhappy with this company. They were very impersonal with me every time I went there to ask questions or to let them know there was something wrong with my car. The price was normal as there were no special deals or anything that came with it. They really stuck me with a car and a deal that I really didn't want to go through with.

THE GREETER IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. AS WITH ALL DEALERSHIPS, THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. HOWEVER, THEIR PRICES ALWAYS SEEM TO BE STEEP. THEIR MATERIALS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST, BUT THE BRAKE PADS SEEM TO WEAR VERY QUICKLY.

THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB CONSIDERING THEY ARE A LARGE DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE ALWAYS COMPLETED ALL THE WORK NEEDED AND HAVE DONE SAFTEY INSPECTIONS AT EACH SERVICE. THE APPOINTMENT STAFF IS A LITTLE ROUGH AND THE WORK WILL TAKE A LITTLE WHILE. BUT THE WORK IS DONE RIGHT, AND WE HAVE HAD ITEMS THAT WERE OUT OF WARRANTY FIXED AT NO COST.
