They keep my lawn nice and green. I've used their service for many years and I like their service.

They're very good. I still use them. They come regularly, I have contract with them. The price varies, it depends what they do. They've done varies services. Fed the lawn and so forth. They do everything. Their price is very fair. The quality is very good. They respond immediately.

We've had good luck with True Green for lawn treatment. We're on an annual contract with them. The annual contract is $507. It's kind of mixed because generally, I'd say and "A" because the technician is very responsive. Although we had a case where one guy came out once or twice and didn't call ahead and couldn't get in the back yard, but claimed he did the service. As soon as I called the company, they sent someone out to get the service done, no questions asked, and just recently I called to have a manger come out and do an assessment of the yard because I had some concerns because they do both lawn and shrub. The manager went over the yard in very great detail and talked to me about various things that we use and things. He set up a follow up appointment and that was the most recent appointment where a person came out and put fertilizer and weed killers. He specialized our lawn. He gave me instructions about what to expect. From a responsiveness stand point, I thought it was tremendous. It's mixed as you have with some companies. We had a few cases where someone claimed he did work, but only at most did it partially. For all I know that person no longer works for them either. I don't know. Knowing the otherwise quality of the technicians that come by, are knowledgeable and answer questions. The few times I had a manager come out and I felt like I wasn't getting the service I thought I should, they've stepped up to make things better. I haven't done any price comparisons for a while, but to me it certainly hasn't been going up much every year. The problems with the lawn isn't really their making. They're just helping me over come them. We have some cases of really old bushes starting to die out and they do what they can for them. Any time I've brought something up to a technician, they respond. They've always been punctual with their work. I've never had a case of them not showing up. They always show up. They do their work and they're always asking me if I have any questions and they're always happy to talk to me. We've been using them for 17 years. Other than the manager coming around and looking at the lawn and shrubs and tailoring the treatment to improve those, I haven't had any other experiences.

Anytime I have brought something up to a technician they respond. They have always been punctual, I have never had a case of them not showing up. They always show up. They do their work and they are always asking me if they have any questions and always happy to talk to me. We've been using them for 17 years. They come out about 5 or 6 times a year.

There price went up regularly. They used to come out once a month. It seems like my new company can get the same thing done for less visits. I would give them an A for there thoroughness. The quality was sporadic. Sometimes it was good and other times they would would burn out sections that we had to correct.

So far, so good.

The service turned out fine. They just keep the yard weed free, other than that, I don?t have anything that they can improve on at this time.

I?ve had them for about 7 years, I guess. They usually let me know with a phone call that they're going to be here. The guy usually knocks at the door and says he?s on the property. Which is nice because you don?t want to see somebody walking through your back and thinking who's that? The cost varies on the size of your property. When they do the fertilizer for the lawn, I think it?s $58 or $55. Aeration costs more, but I don?t remember what that was. It depends on the service. I know they do the landscape and that?s one fee, and they do the fertilizing of the lawn, that?s a fee, like when they did the aeration, that?s a separate charge. I know they just called the other day about spraying for mosquitoes and I don?t have a problem here with mosquitoes. I have a screen-in lanai and I?m not outside much, so I didn?t take advantage of the mosquito spray. I think the pricing is very good, I'd give them an "A+" on the pricing. I?ve had them for 7 years and I don?t think their price has changed much over the 7 years.? My lawn looks great even when I wasn?t watering it, so I finally broke down and decided to water it. My regular guy cut it last week and it?s already like over my ankles. The responsiveness is very good because when I see those caterpillars in the oleander, they?re usually out the next day. They will let you know when they?re going to be around. They?ll say like, ?we?re going to be there on like on the 25th of May!? That?s also like I guess, to let people know who have fenced in yards, that they need to leave the gates opened. I know that the guy usually rings himself.?They call and let you know, but I don?t really pay too much attention. I know unless it?s pouring rain, they are usually here the day they say they?re going to be here. They called a day or 2 ahead and said they were going to be here on the 25th, but never pay attention to exactly what time they show up. Later I?ll find a ticket in the door frame.?I will be using them, as far as I know I don?t plan on changing.?

I guess it's fine. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the timing of the treatments can be a little tricky. Sometimes they don't time it out correctly. We're supposed to do 7 in a year and hopefully I catch their calls so I can cancel a thing and delay it a month. That's the only complaint I really have is sometimes the timing of how they space out the treatments is a little off. Other than that they do a good job. They're always here. They're here whenever they say they're going to be.

Service was ok but hey never greened up our lawn like they said they would. We also got grass plugs that never grew at all. Always trying to upsell services via phone and in person It got old so I fired them but they still call at least once a month to try to get us back

The service was fine but after we cancelled the service, they kept billing us repeatedly despite multiple phone calls and being reassured that the charges were cancelled. 1 year after cancelling the service, we got a notice from a collection agency. The saga continues. We were again reassured that the account has been credited for the charges that were made in error. Just a warning to anyone dealing with this company. They were never nasty or mean, just completely incompetent in their billing department. It was a lot of phone calls and time wasted.

Unfortunately I had to stop service. They are going through a merge and the pricing was unclear. Communication is poor.

I was with them for almost a year, paying every month. I have some brown spots on my lawn and I was hoping they could come out and treat it. When I called them Monday, they finally called me back yesterday after 3 attempts to call. They told me I had to wait about 10 days to come out because the technician was unable to come my way. After all these months, this is the first time I have called them to ask for anything. I would not recommend them to anybody and I will never use them again.
