I was going to search for tree removal services by a map search, but I opted to try Angi.com. Good that I did, because Triple R Outdoors, LLC was a diamond in the rough. Communication was fast and easy, proper legal documents were provided as requested, the tree removal and trimming was 3 hours with a 6-man crew and proper equipment, which is the quick and professional way to accomplish the task. All of my needs and requests were met and my yard was left as it started out. I definitely got an equal value for my money spent, and maybe even more.

Everything Kris did had to be redone and he never took accountability for any of it. The only part that was done well was subcontracted.

Kris sprayed herbicide to kill the existing grass then asked for 50% payment to purchase the sod. After I sent the money, I spent the next 6 weeks exhaustively trying to get him to respond to texts, emails or phone calls. I was practically begging him to deliver the sod or refund my money. He only responded to a couple of my attempts. Each time, he lied to me by saying we would complete the job within the next couple of days. He never purchased the sod and has not refunded any of my money.

I would give MORE than five stars to this company if it was possible! Our small office hired Kris to renovate all our landscaping and spruce up our exterior premises. He responded promptly, gave a fair price and did a fantastic job. He really paid special care to the details and made sure everything was perfect. He was patient and very hard working. Great guy, great company. We will be sure to use his services again in the future and recommend him to others. :-)
