We had a service contract with them for several years which I canceled. I happened to be at my son's house and my son has dogs. So the guy never came to the door. All he did was spray the front of the house. He never did either sides or the back of the house. This had been going on for a while, so we canceled. The price was fine. With regard to responsiveness, they did get back to me pretty quickly. With regard to punctuality, they would just show up. We weren't happy.

It has been excellent. They seem to have a lot of experience on how to treat my grass. It looks great.

We have used Tri-County for several years and are very satisfied with the service by Marsha. We have rarely ever had bug problems. A month ago, we had a first-time infestation of queen ants along the top of an inside window, called and Marsha was out the very next day to treat the area and identify the bug.
We have never had bug problems on the 2nd story of the house, but I'm sure she would treat that area if requested.
We would recommend their service highly.

They are really good. I have a termite bond with them and they come every other month for regular pest control in my house. They come once a year for the termite inspection. I've been using them since late summer and I've been really pleased with them. The people in the office were really good when I first contacted them. I got the two different services and they went out of the way to coordinate their schedule to have both people come out at the same time to accommodate me. I was really impressed with that. They were really courteous and pretty professional. It has been a really positive experience dealing with them and I would recommend them. I would definitely continue to use them.

We have used Tri-County for over a year and have had no insect infestations. They are very prompt in sending notification of an upcoming servicing a week prior to the date. Although we cannot provide any comparison to another pest control company because we have only used Tri-County, we believe, based upon our bug-free existence and Marsha's careful work, that such a comparison would favor Tri-County.

Tri county Pest Control offers a yearly contract which I have signed up for. They come about every three months, more often if the need arises and takes care of all insect problems for us. I have not had a problem since they have been coming and would recommend them to others.

In addition to our standing treatment, we have called them about 3 times over the years to come out when we've had a particular problem, and they always have responded promptly and professionally. There is no extra charge for this service. They held their prices at $42/every 2 months for 5 years, and recently they have raised them to $45/every two months. My husband and I find the expense more than reasonable given that we have had so few bug problems.

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO, AND I DON'T HAVE ANY BUGS. IF WE FIND SOMETHING, WE CALL THEM. THEN THEY COME OUT AND FIX IT. WE HAVEN'T FOUND ANY BUGS RECENTLY.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR SEVEN YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL, AND THEY COME BACK WITHIN THE DAY IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS LIKE IF THERE WAS A BUG IN THE HOUSE. IF I SEE ANY RECURRING BUGS, THEY'LL COME BACK. IT HASN'T HAPPENED IN FIVE YEARS.

I have been very satisfied with this company and have been using them for 7 years. They are prompt, and always remember to close my gate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
