They were always punctual and willing to do anything extra that was asked of them.

Arrived on time and did a great job of thinnng out oak trees in spite of rainy weather; team leader seemed quite knowledgeable of requiements for good tree health; only area for possible improvement would have been better protection of landscaping under oak trees from falling limbs that were cut off...otherwise, great job and trimmed trees look great

I used this company previously and was very happy with them, so called them again when I needed some other trees trimmed. My main contact was John and he was very professional, helpful, punctual and responsive. The work crew that came out to do the work arrived when they said they would, worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after they were done. There were no signs that the company had even been there to trim 5 trees and cut down 1 dead tree.

Every phase went very well beginning with quote to end of project. Very professional operation.

I called and got an estimate from Jon McLaughlin. He was on time and very professional. The work was done on time and they did a great job of cleanup after. Will recommend this company to my friends.

Original Review: Excellent! Showed up on the minute they said the would be here Did a great job. They very fast and cleaned up so you wouldn't even know they were there. Very satisfied. The Update: I didn't notice until a month later the palms didn't look so good. Now 3 have died and 1 looks like it will die too. I can't recommend a company that will kill your palm trees.

They trimmed up 3 20-ft high queen palms removing dead fronds, seed pods and boots. Afterwards they removed all the "trimmings" and raked the area. They are very polite and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will call them again when I need tree service.

I would highly recommend Tree Work Now. Over the years, I've had all kinds of tree companies do work for me (smaller independent guys, larger corporate firms), and this is by far the BEST experience I have ever had. To begin with, a receptionist fielded my initial call in a professional, courteous way. Then Dani, the arborist, called me back the same day of my initial inquiry and came out to see the job promptly. He was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable, and drew out the work to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. In addition, their marketing brochure contains actual copies of their insurance and other important information. Permits were promptly issued and the entire job was scheduled and completed the next day. The entire crew of 3-4 was professional, corteous and they did an outstanding job of cutting exactly what they promised they would. No shortcuts! They used a bucket truck when warranted, and climbed up into the trees with chainsaws for other areas. They hauled everything away (and there was a LOT) and put it into their wood chipper and raked and cleaned up after themselves. The "stump grinder" comes out in a couple of days as they have to ensure there are no cable lines, etc. prior to digging. My yard looks like an entirely different place and I am 100% satisfied. This is my first review on Angie's List and I couldn't be happier with this firms service. I will definitely recommend to all of my personal friends and family for tree removal and trimming, as well.

They cut and removed dead branches, bushes and vine over a large surface of land. They left everything very clean. Very friendly and professional, I will use them again.

Getting the initial estimate was smooth, but after that it went downhill. I had to call Jim twice and email him too to try and get on their schedule. Was told I'd be on for the coming Fri if possible. If not possible, then next week sometime. We'll, it's Fri and I still don't know if I'm on the schedule. No communication unless you call , but no results after you call is more disturbing. After emailing Jim that I was unauthorizing them to do the work I received a call within 1 minute. He tried to tell me I was on schedule for today. (fri) Then he tried to tell me that his crew was on his way to my house. That call came with an attitude. I don't need that, just need my trees trimmed.

Jim and his crew were great. they were timely from the first phone call to grinding the stumps. They worked efficiently, professionally and without any peripheral damage to my existing grass and yard. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called and Jon McLaughlin with Tree Work Now arrived promptly on the agree upon time. He was very professional and gave some good recommendations. Instead of suggesting severe prunning or total tree removal, he recommended waiting and watching for damage that might result from the lightning strike. I appreciated his honesty.

I had two estimates and Jim was the only one who offered options for trimming the trees. he was prompt with the estimate appt and with providing the estimate. the oak tree needed to be climbed in order to properly trim and I needed the neighbors ok to do so, which I received. I was not home when the crew came but the palm trees were trimmed and the wisteria vine totally removed as requested. The palm were totally cleaned off. The oak was trimmed to as high as they could get and it still looks asthetically pleasing. when done there was barely an indication they were there, totally cleaned up and no damage to anything. great job at a reasonable price. I was very pleased.

These guys were great! They were very quick to come out and give me an estimate to trim the trees on my property. The gave the estimate within 24 hours of my call and then scheduled within 7 days to do the work. On the day of work, they arrived as scheduled with a 10-man crew and equipment. They completed the job in about an hour. Their work is meticulous and professional, taking care to ensure falling limbs did not damage the roof, house, or the yard. After the work was done, they raked the yard and sidewalks, blew the debris, and ensured I was satisfied. The property looked like no one had been here when they were done. I thought the price was a little high for the work done, however, the quality of the work was excellent. I will call them again in a few years when it is time for the trees to be trimmed again.

We had a large Laurel Oak located next to our pool which hung over both the pool enclosure and our house. There is maybe 20? width in which to fell the branches without causing damage to our property or our neighbor?s. The branches extended at least 40? or 50? out from the trunk. Significant damage would have resulted had the tree fallen. Worked with Jon McLaughlin. He provided a reasonable quote and worked around our schedule. I watched the team from TreeWorkNow remove that tree and they were incredible. There was no damage to our house, screen enclosure, fence or neighbor?s property. Regardless of the late hour, the team also did a superb job of cleaning up. I found them very professional and reliable. I would recommend TreeWorkNow in an instant to anyone with need for their services.

Fast! Estimated job in the morning, crew came out in the afternoon, done in 45 minutes. 3 trucks, 6 person crew, job completed to my liking. Very pleased!

We have never used a more professional and responsive tree service company. We asked for bids from 4 or 5 companies. They were the first to respond and their response was very professional. Jon answered all of my questions. They showed up on time, did the job right, and cleaned up completely after themselves. Here's one example that shows this company?s unusual degree of professionalism. Every one of their crew wore helmets. I?ve never seen that from a tree service company before. Will we hire them again? You better believe it.

It was a nightmare experience. They destroyed my back yard. The guy that I dealt with was very nice. I only paid them half. They destroyed a statue, a pond a 30 year old topiary, and sprinklers. They came back the next day and finished the job. I told them that I didn't want to work with them anymore. They were screaming at each other and cursing loudly during the work, which offended my mother. The damage came from bringing the avocado tree down in such big chunks. I want other people to have a head's up. I don't know if this was an isolated incident.

The person who estimated the job (Jim) actually talked me out of the amount I was willing to pay, telling me I did not need that much done. He walked all around the house and addressed all my concerns with logical explanations. His crew arrived a few days later and cleared everything we had talked about. Everything was cleaned up as well.
