They did a great job!
Description of Work: Our generator would not start during Hurricane Matthew (last fall), even though it was tested several weeks before and started right up. Trail Saw and Mower cleaned the carburetor, flushed the fuel line and everything works fine. They also provided tips for storing correctly to prevent future issues. The cost was as estimated and the time for the repair was shorter than expected.

Carburetor was cleaned. Gas tank was removed, lines cleaned. Apparently water was in the gas tank/lines. It now works and we were advised to use Heet as an additive to the gas as well as start every 3 months or so. We would use again and recommend their service.
Description of Work: Portable generator would not start during hurricane Matthew, even though it was started and tested a week before the hurricane hit and we lost power.

Perfect for my needs. I did not want or need a fancy new mower, and the used mower they were willing to sell suited my situation well. They also looked at my old mower at no charge. Highly recommend.

I brought my lawn mower to them to fix when it wouldn't work properly. I told them what I thought was wrong. They could have confirmed what I thought and charged me accordingly, but instead they were honest and explained that the repair was much simpler and cheaper than I expected. I have used them a few times and they are always fairly priced and knowledgable.
