took my car for estimate and they were able to remove the scuffing without body work or paint. Did not charge me for their time and service.

My car is still under warranty, so I don't pay for anything.

They did excellent work. When they get done with your car, they wash and wax it. I wasn't happy with their clean up after repair. I had wire insulation debris in the trunk of my car. They are real professional people.

I'm pretty satisfied with them. They always send me coupons in the mail. Every time I go there, they're so great, like everyone; I don't have to wait, the price is good.

What I like best about the service is the service writer.  I'd give them an "A" for everything except price, I'd give them a "B", they do offer coupons regularly.  I'd use them again and I've been using them for 10 years.

They talk to me before they do any work, they wash the car each time, and the manager is very good to answer my questions and is available if I call. They tell me where to park and where to find it when they are done. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! The environment is good. There is a waiting area with TV and coffee, and a service shop if you need to buy things for your car. They always tell me how long service will take.

They did a great job in the repair. You cannot tell there was any damage at all. (This was an insurance claim paid by the other party.)

I've been real happy with them.

Their new location is beautiful and easy to get to. My appointment was started on time and in the amount of time they promised. My wait seemed minimal and I was happy with the progress reports and end result.

Had car towed to Toyota dealer because of dead battery and starter stuck engaged. The Toyota dealer in Virginia who installed the battery said - at time of installation - the battery was guaranteed for 2 years at %100 and 5 years at %50 but did not give any paperwork to support claims and said not to worry all Toyota dealers have the same warranty. Now Toyota and this dealer claim the battery warranty is %100 for 2 years %50 for two years and %25 for three years. I also believe the price charged for the starter was "more than normal." The dealer Orlando Toyota dealer charger over $250 for the starter when the list price for over the counter price for other t Toyota dealers - from investigation on the internet quoted a price about $160 to $190. Retail auto parts places list about $80 to 110 for a new starter for the 2000 Avalon.

It took a while, longer than I'd expect for the services provided. but they got everything done. They're pretty good about not making you wait for a service appointment but not as good at getting your service done quickly.

They give personal service and the pricing was great. They treated me fairly and gave me a good trade-in value. This is the second car I've bought from them. I will definitely continue to use them.

I bought my vehicle from them, so I took it back to them for the services. They did a good job. I will continue to use them, as needed.
