The quote went well. The installation was within 24 hours. Todd was detailed oriented with the placement of the lights and the specifics involved with the hard wiring of the system. The work done was on schedule and up to expectations. However the power station that provided the automatic function of the system was a used box and did not work. The lights failed to operate as promised and did not illuminate at night. Several phone calls went un-answered to Todd post installation. Closer examination revealed the solar cell Todd used was a recycled part and did not work. After 3 weeks Todd re-visited the property and exchanged the box with yet another used power station. The boxed he swapped out again was used and was a timer in nature system not solar activated. The lights work today however we still have never hear from Todd. Even when he swapped the recycled box he never called or to our knowledge knocked on our door. We feel very displeased with the services rendured. For almost $1000 we should have recieved new equipment, better communication and an over all stronger experience. Additional details worth mentioning; the catalog presentation that Todd made to us during our quote phase is not consistant with the items installed. A phone call to the Tampa distributor revealed that they have never done business with TM Landscape Lighting as they could not find him on any of their sale history reports. It appears Todd is pushing items that you will pay for but necessarily recieve.
